I ordered this chair after my back started hurting while using IKEA chair. Though I'm not a prime member, it arrived pretty earlier than expected. The package box was big and heavy, and when I took out all the parts, I could see why. The components look really sturdy and stable, giving off a premium vibe. I assembled it in less than 20 minutes. When I sat down, it was incredibly comfortable. It provides good support for my back, and I can adjust the length / position of the neck support according to my posture. Since it's summer and I tend to sweat a lot, the mesh material was a bonus. Unlike the plastic wheels on other chairs, these blade wheels move quietly and smoothly, I love it! It also comes with an extra wheel, which is a nice touch! I highly recommend it for anyone who spends a lot of time sitting or has back issues.

I hardly write reviews and don't usually splurge on items like chairs, but I had to for my back/neck issues. First, my husband put it together in no time and found the online tutorial helpful. I like the mesh material that the chair is made of; it keeps me cool and will be a breeze to clean. It's also very durable material. The chair has many adjustable parts to keep me comfortable as I am pretty short and like to stay upright with adequate support. The neck support is a really nice feature you don't find in many other chairs. In addition, I also like to lounge in it with my feet up on an ottoman which keeps me moving from my desk area to the living room. I'm happy with my purchase and suggested that my husband buy one for his work office.

The chair is VERY comfortable, and the wheels slide smoothly. The seat pad and backs are made out of mesh, so the air flows well. (Pretty pleasent during summer) Handles, seat height, seat depth, and on... A lot of things are adjustable, so it's good for both my father and me.
