Great product and customer support! We love our new walking pad! It's compact and quiet, and it works great. We love that you can control it from either the handlebar or the remote. We haven't downloaded the app yet, but it's great that you can also control it through the app or with voice commands using your phone's mic. I was worried that other units had higher speeds and steeper inclines, but honestly, you really don't want to run faster than 6 mph on a mini treadmill. They just aren't made for it. Also, a 5% incline is much steeper than you would think. Units with fixed inclines of 10-15% will be too much for most people. If you want more incline, you can put a board under the front feet. I like that, after the initial .6 mph startup, you can increase or decrease the speed by .2 mph increments to find a comfortable speed. You can also immediately jump to 3 mph or 6 mph using the dedicated buttons on the handlebar controls. My favorite must-have feature is the mute button on the remote. The reason I chose this unit was that it had one of the widest tracks in its price range and it makes a big difference. As a result, the unit is quite heavy, but this adds to its sturdiness. Overall, the treadmill is fantastic, and we are very happy with it.

This Wellfit Treadmill TM037 is a fantastic treadmill. I was worried it would be a plastic piece of junk because of the price of $139, but I was very surprised by how great it was. It had a special feature that many of the high-end models don't have: it has belt auto centering, and all the others you had to manually adjust them. I would highly recommend this treadmill, it is just as good as the more expensive ones, and has everything you would want control right on the handlebar, a good treadmill/workout app, can get up to 6 miles an hour, and is whisper quiet

I am currently on my weight- loss journey & I really don't have time for the gym. Purchasing this walk pad was the best decision for me. Very easy to assemble, the size of the walking pad fits me perfectly (I'm 5'2, 229lbs) I like the fact that the weight limit is 320 + The walking pad is very durable, I walk 1 hour a day. The speed is manageable through remote control or the app, which is a huge plus. I love the incline as well! From someone who has gym anxiety...this is perfect for me!

This is great for a first timer!

I've never had a walking pad or treadmil before. this one is great! Im 5foot tall and its got a perfect stride length. I did want more of an incline not just 5%....but its an incline and its my first walking pad so ill deal with it. I love the fact it has a stand for your phone or book. I also like the fact it as the bottons on the handle bar. that helps because I dont use the remote. It has an emergency release too for safety and thats a great thing! Its light weight and easy to store, saving space! Its "noisy" but I use headphones so I dont bother with it. It comes with some lubrication for the belt. A CON would be the cord is SUPER short so you'll have to be right next to an outlet. Also for you to put the bar up or down you have to unscrew each sides and rescrew them in once its in place weather that be up or down. So its just an added time consuming feature. wish there was more of a quick release for the handlebar. Other than that its sturdy and easy to use! I do love it for it being my first treadmill! Next one I get will have to have a longer cord, quick release handle bar and will have to have more of an incline.

This is the perfect treadmill for me. It has an easy beginning speed, and I can safely and easily increase the speed. The best thing about it, though, is that the belt is self adjusting. I haven't had to fool with it once. I had bought another one before this that had to have the belt adjusted twice in 30 minutes. I returned it, and then looked for one that was self adjusting. And I found it! This is small enough to fit the space, but big enough that I don't feel cramped when I walk.

We love the Well-Fit!! It has been just the right size, I love how many speeds it offers. You can go as slow as 0.6mph all the way to 6.2! That was faster than I expected, and I appreciate that it comes with a remote control, and emergency stop tab. So far it's worked great. If I could silence the loud beeps for turning on and changing speeds I would, but other than that minor factor- I give it 5 stars! It also has the perfect tread length- not too short but still doesn't take up too much space in the room. Easy to roll to move and helpful handle bar to hold on to if needed. All in all, very happy with this equipment- so thankful to be able to walk/jog at my convenience at home any time, regardless of weather!

Handlebar kinda short and cord is short. But overall it's ok.

I would have gave it 4 stars. But im 6'1. And the hand bar is a little short. I cant fully grasp it. I know its a budget treadmill. I bought it cuz its a wider belt for the money. I wish the handle bar was a click/snap into place type but its not. You have to go thru the extra work to screw in the provide lock screws. So I prefer it without the handle bar now. The cord is a little too short. I recommend an extension cord or something similar. I just got it. Lucky i didn't have to adjust the belt out of the box. It weighs about 45 pounds. And also, the card to register the warranty, wouldn't let me . I went to type/selecent the model number and it simply wont let me, so that was weird.Js. Overall it's ok.
