I'm genuinely surprised by this product. A treadmill was nicely packaged. I have to say it being in a box actually weight more than it did. Once it got outside the box. The instructions were very clear-cut on how to get everything set up. It seems to be very well built. I currently have it in our loft area and it fits nice compactly near my wall and is very discreet. Once you get going walking on it, it is very durable. And seems to be very stable. I'm very pleased with purchasing this product It does come with a nice amount of features. Everything on the dashboard is very intuitive and reads out what you needed to do. It constantly cycles your heart rate, how far you're walking the time, and if you're using the incline.We'll see with the long-term holds for, but for right now is doing exactly what I needed to do ... show more

Great and simple treadmill. This thing doesn't have a video screen, or an internet connection, or require a subscription. It does have a heart rate monitor, working auto incline, and a timer. The basics, and it works. The track pad is wide and long, which is great for taller people. I am 6ft. It will also work at sprinting speads. The only drawback is the assembly instructions were so over simplified, it took a little long to put it together. Also no easy fold up, to slide it out of the way. I am very happy with both the treadmill and the customer service. Although my treadmill arrived with some shipping damage, the seller responded quickly, communicated professionally, and worked with me to reach a fair resolution without requiring me to return such a large item. My wife and I love this treadmill. It's stable, quiet, plenty of speed, elevation, programs that don't require a subscription! The assembly was easy. It is easy to use. It seems very solid, it's not commercial quality, but it's not for that. There was some issues with FedEx but that isn't Wellfit. Wellfit made that right, not Amazon. I can't recommend this product enough! This review meets community guidelines. The only negative aspects was FedEx and Amazon AI "customer service" which is honest and true. If Amazon wants to censor anything negative about themselves or FedEx, that's an Amazon problem. ... show more
