Have had it for 3 days and been in it 2 times I have it in the garage so it was only about 40 degrees so it did take a few days to reach 104 it is a cost effective solution to heat and cold therapy ice bath and sauna everyday I will say that there is thermal drop so if the garage is 40 degrees and the tub is 104 it will lose about 2-3 degrees of temp which is to be expected so far I like the tub and the wife does as well it’s a nice added item to the recover area I’ll update with any issues I have. And the wife ordered some spa chemicals for it too it has two filters that need cleaned sometimes I’ll update with more last thing was I tried. To contact the seller for info on what chemicals to use and there is no easy way or direct way, so for safety reasons I’ll be adding bromine and spa clarifier and see how the spa holds up. Over all it’s a good buy Update 10/3/2024 Heater crapped out, while this is a good tub bubbles work still it’s only heating to 98-100 I’m going to contact the company to see if there is a replacement heater that can be purchased or replaced. The media could not be loaded. We love our spa! We’ve had it for over a year so I can tell you with confidence that the spa works great , it is built well, and it is super easy to set up. My favorite part is that you don’t have a bulky motor outside of the spa. It’s built internally so it saves so much more space. It gets up to 104° so we use it all year long. Highly recommend.

Worked for 2 weeks then stopped heating up. Tried resetting and cycling power still would not heat up. Now I have to dissamble the thing and be home for pick up. Replacement being sent, we will see how that goes. This has costed me time and money with nothing in return but a replacement. I will leave a new review with the replacement.
