Bought this unit last year in July we used it only 3 - 4 times last summer. Took it out for this summer only for a code of Error to come up on the unit. Spoke with both Amazon and WeJoy about a replacement unit. WeJoy says unit has been discontinued but it is clearly still available on the page through Amazon same unit. It’s been a run around since contacting them. Now they want me to buy a new unit at a 30% discount when I already spent almost 800 dollars on this one to only use it less than 5 times. Horrible customer service care this company does not take their customer service seriously I would not recommend this company to anyone.

AVOID! Hot Tub is flimsy and made of cheap/lightweight material. Arrived damaged and unusable. Heater does not work. Here's the rub though, if you purchase ANY of these inflatable hot tubs and you discover it doesnt work (like I did), you'll need to drain all the water from the tub and figure out a way to fold it back up and get it back into the box it came in.... Which I'm telling you is impossible. Once the hot tub is inflated its going to change its shape to the point where folding it up to place it into the box is simply not possible. Both WEJOY and AMAZON were of no help to me. Both insisted I need to ship it back. So I'm out the $300+ dollars with zero recourse.

This is packed using vacuum packing. The problem is it crimps all the inner plastic hosing. This is why so many people are getting pump errors. The crimped hoses keep the pump from working properly. Also, the pump itself is very poor quality. The company itself was very respsonsive and tried their best to resolved the problems, but the product is simply not good.

The media could not be loaded. This is just perfect to relax in the evening in or really anytime. Would definitely buy again. Now it definitely takes almost 24 hours for the water to heat up and of course when you take the cover off some of the heat escapes, it’s not going to be commercial grade, but it is perfect for home relaxation.

I called as soon as I installed the jacuzzi. I received a damage product. We followed all the instructions and the control panel stop working we were not able to program the jacuzzi and it is liking from one of the hose. I called for replacement but they told me to keep it and they refunded my money. It was sad because I like a lot. I ended buying another one.

I liked the idea of having a blow up bubble tub but it didn’t work at all it had too many problems. The temperature wouldn’t hold heat or achieve temperatures, the tub will leak air and water.
