The heater quit working before it was even hot enough to get in it! Because I didn’t use it until a few months after I bought it I couldn’t get a Refund biggest waist of money

I asked for refund they said I’d I don’t have box or original package I cannot send back I threw box away they gave me a partial refund $110 bucks of a $545 dollar hot tub. This company needs to make it right. I purchased a gazebo to protect the hot tub and put padding to protect and leaks this thing should be $100 price point. The hot tub didn’t work and they sent us the wrong replacement 3 times. What a nightmare

    • Leaks air and does not get temp up to max.
Bought more than one and both leaked air and water. We were also unable to get it to reach the max temperature. The size was great and very easy to assemble. I have owned another brand previously and loved. Not sure if there was something we could do to fix the problem.

It's impossible to have it reach high temperature, poorly insulated, waste of money. Costco have round ones for around 400$ muuuuuch better.
