    • Leaks air and does not get temp up to max.
Bought more than one and both leaked air and water. We were also unable to get it to reach the max temperature. The size was great and very easy to assemble. I have owned another brand previously and loved. Not sure if there was something we could do to fix the problem.

The heater didn’t work and there was a hole in the spa. We emptied it packed it up and returned it. It’s been about 3 weeks and NO REFUND! I checked with the ups store and they told me the shipper received the spa 2 weeks ago? I have written to them twice…no response…. THIS IS A RIP OFF. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY. ... show more

It's impossible to have it reach high temperature, poorly insulated, waste of money. Costco have round ones for around 400$ muuuuuch better.

Never got the chance to use the spa because after 3 days the water never got above 77° in San Diego! Followed the instructions methodically. Purchased the Intex spa... much better!
