The heater didn’t work and there was a hole in the spa. We emptied it packed it up and returned it. It’s been about 3 weeks and NO REFUND!     • Leaks air and does not get temp up to max.
Bought more than one and both leaked air and water. We were also unable to get it to reach the max temperature. The size was great and very easy to assemble. I have owned another brand previously and loved. Not sure if there was something we could do to fix the problem.

I asked for refund they said I’d I don’t have box or original package I cannot send back I threw box away they gave me a partial refund $110 bucks of a $545 dollar hot tub. This company needs to make it right. I purchased a gazebo to protect the hot tub and put padding to protect and leaks this thing should be $100 price point. It's impossible to have it reach high temperature, poorly insulated, waste of money. Costco have round ones for around 400$ muuuuuch better.
