My first hot tub had an air leak and I immediately returned it. The leak developed from putting the cover on and rubbing the seam until it started leaking air. I am attempting to fix, but being inside the seam is making it very difficult to fix. When it's not leaking, the hot tub is a nice relaxing experience. The energy cost is a bit higher than I expected (about $50-$60/month). I am slowing figuring out how to use the chemicals to maintain the water quality. While I am stuck with this hot tub unless I cannot fix... I would recommend one without a protruding seam at/near the top (where the cover rubs). ... show more

This is my first inflatable hot tub and I was worried about air leaks. It turns out that this tub leaks water. The air walls are fine. It leaks out of the bottom. I am going to have to return this tub which is sad because I like everything else about this tub. I discovered that it is the heater that leaks. After I filled it with cold water and turned on the heater it leaked. When the water level went below the min, the heater turned off and the leaking stopped. The next day I added water and when it reached the set temp the heater stopped and the leak stopped. I am still deciding if this needs to be returned. ... show more

The hot tub was working great then we had rain and it got inside the plug and shorted it out but after replacing it all is good this is a good product just have to keep the plug dry
