AVOID! Hot Tub is flimsy and made of cheap/lightweight material. Arrived damaged and unusable. Heater does not work. Here's the rub though, if you purchase ANY of these inflatable hot tubs and you discover it doesnt work (like I did), you'll need to drain all the water from the tub and figure out a way to fold it back up and get it back into the box it came in.... Which I'm telling you is impossible. Once the hot tub is inflated its going to change its shape to the point where folding it up to place it into the box is simply not possible. Both WEJOY and AMAZON were of no help to me. Both insisted I need to ship it back. So I'm out the $300+ dollars with zero recourse. ... show more

This is packed using vacuum packing. The problem is it crimps all the inner plastic hosing. This is why so many people are getting pump errors. The crimped hoses keep the pump from working properly. Also, the pump itself is very poor quality. The company itself was very respsonsive and tried their best to resolved the problems, but the product is simply not good. ... show more

This was a returned-used item sold as new for over a thousand dollars. GFCI would not reset so obviously has a internal short circuit in the pump/heater unit. It was a Christmas present that that turned out to be an embarrassing piece of expensive junk.

This is just perfect to relax in the evening in or really anytime. Would definitely buy again. Now it definitely takes almost 24 hours for the water to heat up and of course when you take the cover off some of the heat escapes, it’s not going to be commercial grade, but it is perfect for home relaxation. ... show more

We set this up as a cold pool without using the heating element in Texas and our kids loved it. We loved that it was deeper than other kid pools and that we could use the heat pump and make it hot if we wanted. We then moved to Alaska. It worked ok, but the heater seemed to have issues keeping it warm once weather hit 60 degrees or colder. We packed it up for the winter. Upon unpacking it this season, we found that if plugged in it was tripping the breaker. Had an electrician look at it. He put a new plug on it thinking that the GFCI in the plug itself was having issues. We can get everything to run except the heat pump. My kids now have a very cold, cold pool in Alaska with no heat options because the motor is built into the wall of this tub and I can't find any how to's for fixing a faulty heat pump. This was expensive and won't hold up against time, even when taken indoors for colder months. I was also super disappointed that it could not keep the water heated. For the money we paid, it should have heated better all the way around. ... show more

I live in Los Angeles so even in the winter it’s not that cold. it took five days to heat up to 100°. I used it for about 15 minutes and the temperature dropped quite a bit taking it a day and a half just to get back up to 100° . It’s probably would be fine if I just wanted to use it from April through October but not that great for climates that get below 60° at night ... show more
