I’m a 150 lb woman with normal/small wrists, and I was a large, so make sure you read the size chart. I wear these for an added strength boost under my sweater at work, or just doing chores. They’re discreet and can be worn under semi-loose clothing.

It’s well made and a nice soft material. We only got 1 sleeve instead of 2 as advertised, so I can’t say how both would work. We’ve tried several compression type sleeves for my husband as he has ulnar nerve damage and his while his hand grip is pretty good, his dexterity is compromised. We thought we’d try to see if this helps with strengthening. We measured at the largest part of his forearm - it was 10”, so per the chart guideline, I ordered the large. Well, it’s too large so it just slips down and doesn’t compress.
