Very easy to assemble, all the tools/screw came in a bag and was easy to define, which was super nice. it is very solid and i don't feel any danger while working it. the most amazing part of it, in my opinion, is that i could remove a few plug in lock screws and be able to fold it all up to flat bench to save space. it is material used where we lay on is quite soft but could get sticky. multiple incline options to work out different part of your body. Overall, a great solid bench that you can fold up to save space when needed.
