  • 10 years old and still going strong
Great grill! We purchased this grill when building our house and had it installed in a covered patio kitchen area. It’s held up well being 10 years old. I replaced the flavorizer bars twice so far because they started to turn yellow and aren’t that easy to clean. I guess if we cleaned them every time we grilled they would’ve lasted longer but who has time for that?? I’ve also replace a few of the knobs - I called Weber and they sent out immediately for just a few dollars each. I’m about to call again to get new lights that attach to the handle. I don’t think about changing the batteries and when I opened the lights last night to get the batteries out, they were wet and rust was everywhere. The door handles are like a cheap painted plastic. I’m sure the fact that they are in a covered area has played a role in their decent shape, but I may see if I can get replacements for those as well. I just ordered a replacement cover but waiting til pollen season is over to use it. Cooking is great - temp gauge seems accurate, wood chip container works well for chips but won’t hold larger chunks very well. We can’t use the rotisserie because the built in counter is a bit too high. Keep that in mind when installing. Be sure to measure the distance between the rotisserie motor and the top of the counter to ensure enough room. We use the grill a few times a week since we got it and it’s held up well. It’s not a standard grill size so I hope they continue to sell it when we have to replace it! ... show more

  • Felt misled
Just received the BBQ and very disappointed to learn that it did not come with the console panels as per the picture. I did confirm that the correct BBQ was delivered but then noticed at the end of your description list you make mention that the island does not. I was in the market for a small outdoor kitchen and not just the BBQ so I remain disappointed. ... show more

  • Great Purchase
This has been the best grill I have ever used. It went into the outdoor kitchen easily and having it hooked up to natural gas is very nice!

Since purchasing the grille I saw four others that were clearly better values. Being over-charged would not motivate me to write a review: Horrid customer service, however, did. The "800" line was not answered for an entire day but for a message machine. The first four (4) "agents" I spoke with were incomprehensible-- literally. When I landed a person I could understand, he told me that all of my "issues" were ones that WEBER would not address. Never in my experience have I been treated so rudely-- as though I was being dared to return the product. Sadly, I could not because my contractor cut a hole in it, but I vow I wouldn't accept a WEBER grille as a gift, let alone purchase one, in the future. ... show more

  • Way over priced!!!!
Bought this BBq in 2013, i thought i was paying almost $3000 that i would at least get a stainless steel bbq that won't rust, now the cabinet door are disentegrated, rust all over the bbq, main hose of the bbq (stainless steel corrugated) is now leaking gas and need change, knobs all broken (very week) and most importantly the gas valves also needs change ( I can't find any spare for them) ... show more

  • BEST BUILT-IN FOR THE MONEY
I did plenty of research two years ago when planning my outdoor kitchen. I found most of the built-in grills were very expensive. Weber came through with this model and the quality is great. Since this is the "real-deal" stainless steel (304) you get even more with the built-in storage at the bottom. Please note, even on the propane models, there is no room for the tank underneath. This model is really designed to be a built-in grill so the tank in the installation book is shown in a compartment next to the grill. Very pleased with two years of great service. Highly recommend this grill and it looks great in our outdoor kitchen. ... show more
