After reading some reviews questioning whether this is truly waterproof, so the first think I did when I took this out of the package was test it. I laid it over a carpet, and poured a full cup of water over it and waited several minutes for the water to soak in it. I turned it over and sure enough, the bottom side was completely dry and so was the carpet. This is definitely 100% waterproof.

I can't express how beautiful this product is after washing and drying it. The fabric is so soft, and I can feel the great quality in every touch. From what I've seen so far, it is absolutely worth the money. The fit is fantastic. It's not noticeable or crinkly like some other covers out there. What's more, it doesn't have any bad smell, which is a relief. The best part is that it actually works. It protects the mattress without adding extra heat to the bed. This is a game-changer for me because I usually get too hot with other covers. I have two dogs, and this cover has stood up against all their unpleasant behaviors. Not once has anything leaked through the cover onto the mattress. Overall, I would definitely buy this product again. I absolutely love it!

All I can say is that is what was advertised! It is indeed waterproof! I normally throw the protector on a spin and drain cycle. I still had a lot more water coming out of it that spilled on the floor. So yeah, I hope this does the job for my son!

The media could not be loaded. My husband and I recently got our first puppy Chloe she is a boxer mix and full of love and life, we spent a lot of money on our mattress and wanted her to sleep with us but were super worried about her having an accident on our expensive mattress. I Purchased this inexpensive waterproof quilted mattress pad to keep on until she is potty trained. This mattress was a lifesaver and is waterproof not only has she had a few accidents but not one dropped soaked into the mattress even after sleeping all night and her having an accident in the middle of the night! I love that this is washable and doesn't get stained easily! The mattress has super large and deep pockets that make it painless to make the bed and easily slip on and off! This saved us hundreds of dollars and I was able to sleep at night and not worry whether she was going to pee and ruin our mattress. If you want to protect your mattress this is the way to go, not one stain and she has peed on it multiple times!
