I honestly love this product, it accomplishes what it states. It absorbs any liquid and keeps the mattress looking new and completely clean. Dog pees on the bed? Mattress is completely fine. On your period? You can sleep fine knowing your mattress is safe. I never thought I needed a mattress cover but honestly it's well worth it in my opinion and this one especially is so good especially for the price. There was no smell whenever I got mine but it's super easy to put in the washer and clean. There's also virtually no noise to it either. The fit was perfect, it covers exactly from edge to edge of my full mattress. I will say it only cover the top of the mattress so if you're needing protection that covers the whole mattress including the sides, this might not be the right fit for that as the edges are just a stretchy material and doesn't have any protective layer to it. Overall, love this thing! Decided to finally write a quick review over it after I finished washing it and it came out looking good as new.

This mattress protector had zero smell upon opening (thank you!!!!) because it is made with conscious materials. It fits our Cal King perfectly with super stretchy deep sides. We have a beautyrest memory foam hybrid mattress and it's very tall, pencil for reference, you can see in one of the photos attached how the sides stretch and have elastic that covered under the bottom of the mattress which it's even hard to find sheets that fit properly to be honest. The protector is comfortable and doesn't show under the sheet at all. You can see in the photo, the waterproof type lining. High hopes for this product. So far it fits the bill!
