Wow! and I mean Wow! First I want to say that Jane at customer service was an incredible help. She spotted a delivery issue and contacted us immediately so there would be no delay in our order. She answered all of my questions and when I asked her about possibly adding some new ordering options in the future she sent me a new link within two weeks with those new options being added to the site. Jane made us feel like we bought this sofa face to face from a kind friend. Now about the unit itself. It has great utility with the ease of connecting pieces together and interchanging them to make several different configuration. The practical storage compartments are roomy and easy to get to. We agreed with our neighbors and friends the color and style are attractive and the cushions are cozy and comfortable. All hardware and pieces were included and there were extra hardware pieces included as a courtesy and convenience. It was a very simple process to put it all together. I adjusted my drill to a lower setting so I could use it without stripping threads and it went smoothly and hurried up the construction process. Initially my wife and I did a lot of searching and price comparison for sectionals. We are so glad we found this one! I wasn’t sure about ordering this online, but it turned out to be a great choice! The quality is excellent, way better than I expected. It was easy to put together, super comfortable (both the seat and back pillows), and the color is just right. The storage under each seat/ottoman is really useful—I’m using it for blankets and holiday throw pillows. My husband is 6’2” and 240 pounds, and he sits comfortably with plenty of room. Cleaning it is just as easy as advertised (my grandkids definitely put that to the test, haha). Overall I think this is a great product for the money! It is a comfortable couch and wipes clean easily. Putting it together was easy for the most part but a couple of the holes weren’t drilled correctly so -1 star. We were able to get it together it was just more of a hassle. There is tons of storage space in the seats - much more than I expected. Shipping seemed ok at first but we received 5 boxes one day, then an additional 3 a week later (past the date it said it would be here by). Their customer service said we would be receiving the remaining pieces yet we are still missing a piece resulting in another -1 star. I was hesitant about buying a leather couch on Amazon but this one is well made and the assembly is very easy. I was worried about my 100lb dog putting a hole in the leather but that hasn’t happened and not sure if it will. Would like the leather to be a little thicker though

We made an excellent choice with this couch, and the customer service has been fantastic. The multiple boxes it came in facilitated easy transport and setup. The couch is gorgeous, comfortable, and affordable. We had one issue with a backrest that needed replacing, but the customer service team was very responsive and sent us a replacement.
