We always use our hose throughout the season to clean off dust and debris from our outdoor A/C unit. Finally got around to taking off the casing to clean out the fins with this spray and man, it took off so much gunk that we didn't even realize had accumulated! Highly recommend this cleaner, it does a wonderful job,and will have your unit looking like new and working more efficiently!

Works but I barely had enough contents in can to clean one 4.5 ton exterior A/C unit. If you have more than 1 unit, you will need 1 bottle per exterior HVAC.

This is some pretty amazing stuff. 1 can will do the coils on the inside and outside of the unit. Make sure to wear some glasses because when the can gets low it spits and can get in your eyes. This has a fresh scent to it. It foams up a lot. I rinsed the unit first with water, let it dry, then used this stuff to see how much extra dirt would come out. A lot of extra dirt came out as a result of this cleaner. I let it soak about 10-15 minutes then rinsed well. The unit is now squeaky clean and operating at it's full potential. A must have to keep an older unit running properly. Ours is over 30 years old and runs great. It will break if you don't keep it clean. For $12 and 30 minutes of my time. I'd say it's well worth it.

the AC man was willing to spray stuff on and hose it off for $250, I did it for one can of this and saved myself lots of $$$ - AC works great and its nice and clean. EASY to do -- spray it on .. count to 100 a few times and hose it off with the hose on gentle.. let it dry and bang you are in business. If the water runs off dirty then do it again.. Smart easy to do do.. It works great

One can is about enough for a full-sized residential condenser (or two half-sized ones) Smells nice, but it foams so fast it just lays on the front of the fins and never penetrates and gets inside so, not sure how good of a job it's actually doing of cleaning inside....
