We purchased to replace our silver water pik that we purchased 6 years ago to match the other fixtures in one of our bathrooms. We are picky when it comes to water pressure, we like a lot of pressure so we crossed our fingers hoping this lived up to the one we were replacing and it did! We removed the restrictor to allow more water flow. The water flow is great. A lot of people complained about it being plastic- we just spent $10,000 on a bathroom redo and while it's plastic, it looks like the other high end fixtures in there, plus the plastic makes it light weight which I see as a plus. The hose it comes with is similar to the hose that came with my $200 master bathroom fixture, so you're getting a great value for your money. The hose is flexible and doesn't hang weird like traditional hoses do. I feel the overall quality is great and exactly why we continue to purchase water pik brand. ... show more

Works great after a slight, but easy, modification! I was initially disappointed with the water pressure. I removed the filter, no help. I punched out the check valve thingy located inside the swivel assembly and finally got back the water pressure I was use to. The push button to select between hand held and overhead shower is convenient and hopefully will last longer than the type with a turn knob. Nice sturdy shower head. Water pressure is strong (although the one in the hotel in Barcelona was stronger). I like the push button feature to switch the settings. Extremely easy to install. No complaints about this shower head at this price point. We switched our shower head to this one out of need not want. It’s fine…. The water flow was not great until I removed the flow restrictor, now it’s pretty nice and I enjoy it. My main issue with this shower head is the hose connecting the main head to the detachable head. Since this shower head is pretty pricey I was expecting a good quality stainless steel hose. But instead, it’s some cheap plastic hose that just stays molded in an awkward position so that it’s in my way the entire time I’m showering. I’ve tried bending it to remold it to be out of the way, tried leaving it hanging for a while to see if it would straighten but it won’t. It just loops out into the area where you stand to shower and it really ruins the whole thing for me. I’ll have to order a separate stainless steel hose which is ridiculous considering the amount I paid for this shower head. So if you’re wanting to spend around $60 for a shower head, I’d look elsewhere. ... show more

I installed on delivery day and it works as described . See my picture to get handle accessible to shorter person. If they are tall enough to push the main head button this is a simple fix for daily use. The band is by Graffitti Bands sold on Amazon. It is 12 inch silicone. Update: This item is made of plastic and uses washers. The hose pulls on the head making it point toward the back of the shower. It will not hold a shower head setting if you use the sprayer. I would caution you not to over tighten the plastic threads. ... show more

This shower head is great but since it is a reduced water flow of 1.5 gpm it created an unrelated issue with our hot water heater on demand. This is not product related and I would recommend this product otherwise.
