I love the stainless steel look and quality of this item. I've only used it a couple times but I can say it definitely removes the chlorine odor and taste from the tap. The installation was easy and the fit was perfect. No leaks or spraying water. The flow is strong for a filter which is a plus. Overall it's a good product.

I got this to replace my PUR water faucet filters that were contestantly leaking and cracking. I wanted to get the highest level of filtration second to installing a reverse osmosis sink unit and this fit the bill! The Install was simple and I like the range of motion in the design. I've had this for over 1 month now and have not had any issues with water spurting from the side of the faucet, like with my previous pur models. I tested the filtration with a tds reader and it was great after 30+seconds of running the water through but needed at least 10-15 seconds before the reading was lower than my tap water reading. My only possible issue is after a few days, it becomes slightly loose on the side where the filter hangs and needs to be turned just a little to tighten. A little water gets stuck inside the filter component after awhile and needs to be jossled out or else it will drip and I do notice even if this is cleared out and the faucet is dead center turned off, my sink still has a slight drip every few days but I'm not sure if that's due to my sink or the water filter. It just appears to get weighed down after the water filling the filter adds more weight.

I grew so frustrated with Brita and similar brands of water filters because they would break due to being made out of plastic. I decided to look for a metal water filter as I prefer to have a high quality product that will last a life time. I've had this water filter now for 1 year and 4 months, and it's just as good as the day I installed it. So, I think it will last many more years. The water tastes great, and the lever to change from tap to filtered water still works easily. It does not leak, it's easy to install, the water flow is fast (and smooth too), and it matches the kitchen faucet which makes it more attractive. I love it! Another thing I love is that our water is very soft, so the original filter has lasted all this time. Tonight is the first night it didn't catch the bad taste from the chemicals when the water company increased the treatment, so I think it's finally time for a new filter after more than a year. Thank you for making such a high quality product.

Even though I live in an area with excellent water quality and flavor, the age of the pipes in my old building takes away all the benefits of the water running through them. For decades, I've filtered my water or bought bottled water. The expense, storage issues, and recent reports of potential dangers from plastic water bottles pushed me to look for a better solution. This Waterdrop filter system is the perfect solution. This is a new model that no longer has the external plastic tubes that were reviewed as an issue in an earlier model. The hardest part of the installation process was getting the old cap off of my faucet. (I finally used an old-fashioned nutcracker to twist it off - easy solution). It took me less than five minutes, including unwrapping the filter. I like the flip switch that allows me to toggle between regular and filtered water. I no longer have a stash of plastic water bottles and can easily fill a single pitcher to keep in the refrigerator. Replacing a filter every three months will be far less expensive than buying water. My purchase included four filters, so I'm set for a year. I'm delighted with this purchase!

My 93 yr old mother-in-law hates the water in the independent living home she is in. She refused a water cooler in her studio apartment, didn't want a counter type filter system and was struggling to handle the 2.5 gallon jugs we were toting in every week. Storing them for recycling was a bother. We talked her into this faucet filter and we are all delighted that it is so easy and efficient. It comes with a filter and we got her 3 extra. One filter will last for 350 gallons of water used. She has figured out it will be more economical and less confusing to fill a half gallon jug each day and then turn the filter off so she doesn't "waste the filter" if she forgets during the day to turn it off for non-drinking use. She figures her four filters will last her until she's 100! She is happy with the taste and tickled that her ice cubes do not have "floaters". A good buy 😁.
