This unit works great, water is tasty, water flow is very good. There is a slight hum when the unit works but it is not annoying at all . We bought the unit because the under sink area in our new home was too small to accommodate a standard passive flow filter with a storage tank. The installation went great until we plugged it into the outlet under the sink ( sharing the outlet with the disposal)..That is when we found out that that kind of outlet only works when you flip the wall switch ( duh!!). So had to pay an electrician to put in a switch. And now a drywall and painter to fix the wall ... show more

i've had so many types of water filters before. this is definitely the easiest water filter system. doesn't create that water pipe noise. also the filters are very easy to install. don't forget to press that reset button and let the water flow.
