Tried these filters in my large brita pitcher, and it works well overall. Taste is good, no real hint of chlorine taste, have a good useful life (about a month), but only concern is that they appear to shed a little bit of material into the water before they expire. Some carbon (or some material) seems to leach into the water as time goes on, but other than that, are a good value. ... show more

Compare these to Brita filters, these work fabulous. Spending less with that same quality. I found these a bit better than targets brand as well. I purchased a 3-pack never had a problem with all three. Excellent quality my water tastes great.

Filters come with carbon dust on the outside. More than what I have ever seen on any Brita filter. Need to be rinsed off more. Might not be savings over buying Brita if more come broken. One filter of my three pack was broken along the sealing edge. The box was not damaged and the plastic wrapper was intact. I think it was just packaged that way. And there is no way of using it as unfiltered water will just pass by the damage. They do seem to filter well. Mostly use for coffee and cooking. ... show more

I bought these because I realize suddenly I was out of filters and honestly I save so much more money buying from Amazon than a trip to target or Walmart. I tend to buy a lot of things I don’t need when I go to department stores so just go online and click these and have three filters delivered promptly was awesome. I just popped it right in my Britta filter and went on filtering my water. I used these as a replacement for my Brita filter since the Brita ones are so expensive. I will be reordering since they are so handy to have. They work better than the Brita filters, and are half the cost. Buy them if you have a Brita.
