These are excellent, reasonably-priced replacement water filters. They filter the water pretty quickly and remove all of the nasty chlorine taste from our city water supply. Even the dogs are happier drinking the water from these filters. The company claims that these remove 100% of PFAS/PFOS which is a plus since we do have these chemicals in our water supply.

I have a Berkey Light and its filters are finally done for and can’t be bought anymore. My city tap water leaves a metal taste on my tongue and smells like dirt, so I can’t stand drinking it. I went scouring to find what replacement filters I could buy to keep using my Berkey, keeping in mind price as I didn’t want to spend a fortune every 6 months, but also didn’t want cheap ones that were crap. Out of all the options I found, these were a good price and I liked that I didn’t have to prime them by trying to hook to the faucet and run water through. These are so easy to rinse the outside with the sponge they include. They fit perfect in my Berkey. I ran the 3 loads of water through and took my first sip. My water tasted like nothing! Absolutely nothing! It’s amazing! Ahhhh I am so happy! Thank you Culligan!!!

I have used proone filters for a couple years for camping. I would clean the filters and let them dry out between camping trips. Camping trip last a week to 3 months. The proone filters worked great. In January I could no longer buy proone so I purchased Culligan MaxClear. They worked great for 3 weeks then just stopped filtering water. I cleaned the filters, that were still as clean as when installed new, but still wouldn’t filter. I called culligan customer service, they were great and shipped me a new set. I installed the new set, worked great for 3 weeks, now they are not filtering again. We are on city water and also filter the water before it comes into our camper. I can’t afford to replace these filters every three weeks.

Might be the best filter but the cost for only 50 gallons is insane....... wtf did i just buy? Why isnt it more clear in the description 😫 Was looking for a substitute in my berkey system. Will have to keep looking wayyyyy sooner than i thought

I have a berkey and used these filters for the first time, it did its job at filtering and making my regular tap not taste like dirt. But the problem is it taste like nothing at all, kinda flat? Makes my mouth feel dry. So I’m not sure if I will be repurchasing these or not when they need to be replaced. Sigh still on the hunt….
