I 've used this soap for over 25 YEARS, on my vaginal area. I have suffered with Lichens Sclerosis for 30+ years, and this is the only thing that I feel comfortable with. It's strong enough to clean that area...but doesn't burn or hurt when you are utilizing. So if you have any type skin irritation... I would suggest this product HIGHLY. Now I use Dial for my other body parts....and DOVE for facial cleansing. I have 3 bars of soap in my shower all the time, NOW THAT MAY SEEM EXTREME...but it works Ladies. ... show more

Pretty effective for my psoriasis and seborrheic dermatitis, but man does it stink. The smell kinda smells like oatmeal if the oatmeal went bad. Thankfully, it doesn't stay on you when you're done with your bath, but otherwise it's very effective at keeping my skin conditions at bay. I tried using a scent-free Noble soap before this so I was starting to get used to all these soaps being scentless so the strong smell of this was a bit of a surprise to me. If you can tolerate the smell, it's very effective and incredibly good at moisturizing your skin if you have dry skin. If you can buy a single bar variant of this, try it before you buy a 6-pack and see if you can handle the smell. ... show more
