Works well. The only issue I have is that the top is a struggle to get to fit right. I usually never get it to fit right, but the product still works sufficiently.

    • Easy to use and does the job
I wish the top was level from front to back instead of angled down which makes the back lower. I didn't pay attention to that the first time I filled it. OOPSIE! LOL The only other minor complaint is the lid on one of the two I bought is super tight and pulls out the reservoir when removing it. They have to be literally pried apart. The other lid removes with ease. Otherwise, they do their job and the water tastes good. ... show more

Admittedly we mostly bought this because I hate our tap water where we live and I prefer to keep cold water in the fridge. I’m not sure the effectiveness of the filter compared to other brands but my tap water does taste better. Definitely a great purchase.

Yes it's a little slow to filter water but that's inevitable, that's just how filters are. The water that comes out tastes better than my city's tap water. Pouring works well for the most part, the little flap helps keep anything from getting into the water, sometimes when it's full some water will stick to the side of the container and miss your cup/bottle. ... show more
