Hot water on demand is great, fresh water on demand is great, only real downside is the cold water isnt cold. id say its cool. Im a cold water person, i need it very cold to feel refreshed, and so i use lots of ice. I still have to use ice in my water because it just doesnt get cold. no way to adjust cold temp. filling an icetray is impossible so im still stuck using tap for ice. **I live in ohio and needed to get this because of the cost of bottled water, and the tap water tastes foul after the train thing. ** ... show more
