Unlike some reviews, I received all 6 boxes the same day. One box was damaged and had a large hole, but thankfully nothing inside was damaged or missing. I put blame for the hole on Fedex. The gazebo seems very sturdy once put together. My only complaint would be with the directions which are all pictures. For the most part they are easy enough to follow, but can get a little confusing when you get to the section of installing the roof. There are so many parts that the pictures get a little hard to follow. After assembly we had 8 parts labeled H3 that were left over. No where in the instructions did it show where these parts went. After examining the gazebo we were able to locate where the parts went. Luckily they were in an easy to reach spot under the roof along the edge. Overall we are very happy with the gazebo and look forward to being able to enjoy the shade it will provide on our deck. Of course it went on sale for $300 less after we purchased it, but that seems to be how things go.

I like this design better than the panels that you slide into roof rails. Much easier to navigate. I’m a 62 yr old female and put all of it together myself except for the larger roof panels. That took two of us. Ours was on a raised pool deck with limited access on two sides of the gazebo so we put some panels on, stuck our head in the openings of the roof where there were no panels yet, and added the rail covers. Instructions have you put all panels in place, then the rail covers. Very well packaged with very minimal dents. Instructions are just drawings but comprehensible. Photos show what it looks like with netting on outside, solid curtain on inside.

Cons: it took 2-4 people (at different stages of the process) 6 hours to put together. There are tons of pieces and it’s very time consuming to put together. It’s hot. It collects all the heat under the metal roof. A fan is necessary. The “gutter” system is not watertight. Drips of water fall over the side. Not tons. But enough where people standing under the edge would get significant wet on their head. None of those are a big deal to me. Pros: BEAUTIFUL! It really is gorgeous. Very sturdy and heavy. I don’t think it’s going anywhere. The 12x16 is very spacious. Good value for the price. Bought because I’m hoping it will withstand Chicago winters. Overall very happy with the purchase. My mom wants one too!

Packaged well. My husband put it up by himself. Pretty easy instructions. No missing parts. Love the look of it. Recently had a wind storm with 80-90 mile an hour winds. No damage at all. Only 1 anchor on each corner.

After only being up for 8 months, the roof paint has faded terribly. It has faded to a chalky grey which looks strange as the legs are of course still black. I know it can be repainted, but it should stay shiny black like original for at least a few summers.

I was honestly very apprehensive about this purchase. I was initially impressed with the packaging which is very sturdy so we only had a few minor dings. The instructions were easy to comprehend and it went up easily with two people. I love it! The icing on the cake is the curtain system which is high quality water resistant fabric and I love how they can be zippered to keep them neat when not in use. Would highly recommend.

So many parts damaged, bent, screws won’t hold because threads are missing, curtains don’t fit and don’t reach all the way across, I’ve had this item installed now for 4 months and the curtains look so sun damaged in just 4 months. It looks like I’ve had it for many years. absolutely terrible! I reached out to the seller and they only wanted to refund $200 (which only covers the cost of the curtains, but not the damage to the remaining parts) and they never even refunded the $200 they said they would. I wish I could upload more photos but Amazon is only allowing me to upload one.

We purchased the 12x14 premium gazebo and we could not be happier. The shipping was quick and everything was packaged nicely. All of the parts were there and not damaged. It took me and my husband 7 hours to assemble and it was a lot simpler than we initially expected. All of the parts were labeled nicely, including the boxes. They have which parts are included so you are not spending a lot of time searching for the part you need. (And as a note, the instructions are in box 2 or found electronically here on Amazon.) The gazebo is very sturdy and we anchored ours to our concrete patio. The only slightly negative review we have is regarding the polycarbonate top roof. We were expecting this to be a little more solid and not so flimsy, but hopefully it will last a while. We can compare it to a plastic-like cardboard. Overall we are very pleased with this gazebo and would highly recommend it to everyone.
