We bought the Split-king bed frames in 2021. We replaced a single Queen Sleep Number bed that was 18yrs old. We added 2 Sleep Number twin mattresses to go on top of these frames. 1. These frames are heavy (roughly 100lbs EACH). We took out our carpeting and refinished the oak hardwood floor in our bedroom. We put felt sliders under the supports and the entire bed together can be moved by either my wife or I. I LOVE that there are 6 supports for each frame, total of 12 for us. The bed feels absolutely solid! 2. I didn't want to connect the frames controls to a phone app. As a former IT guy, I cannot understand WHY people WANT to connect their refrigerator, stove, dish washer, clothes washer, garage door opener, and now bed, to the internet. Totally stupid idea. We had to disconnect a couple connections under the bed and we just use the remotes that came with the frames. 3. My wife loves the ZERO-G function. The fact either of us can raise or lower the head & feet w/o impacting the the other one, sure makes adjustments quick and simple at night. 4. The lights under the frames make a great night light to see where you're stepping at 3AM. We don't use them hardly ever, but the USB power connectors under the frames have come in very handy. 5. Finally, the fact we are using the full 12" riser feet makes cleaning under the bed sooooo easy. We'd buy these again. They've held up extremely well!

I love these bed frames, they have so far been great for us over the past few months. They continue to work and do as they are meant to do. The only downside is the WiFi/Alexa feature. Alexa does work but you have to call out specific commands that opens up the Skill app and does what it's supposed to do vs the more common and more recent way where it's a device on Alexa and you have some control or even voice control customizations. With it set up this way you are forced into making the commands their way and nothing more. That can be annoying as you need to call out for Alexa to do XXXXXX with your BASE. Yes you need to remember to call it a base and it's a little weird and I also have not found out a way to just raise one it always does both. The other issue I have is the WiFi on the device isn't great so at times it will just lose signal and stop functioning and the app is very basic and has some issues. What I have done is set this up to a smart outlet so in those moments that the device stops working I can command the outlet socket to turn off and on to "reset" the bed frame WiFi module and that usually fixes the problem. I don't have to do this all the time but from time to time and it's enough to notice. Other than that, I really like the lights, they use standard strips and they can be easily replaced if damaged or upgraded to RGB strips if you want some colors, could do some work and probably get a controller for your strip and use that instead if wanted, but very nice to see more common things used instead of proprietary stuff. Overall great frame, has some software issue and possibly they may need to update the module itself, but this too can be ordered separately so it may be possible down the road a updated version is released and instead of needing to buy a new frame the module can be upgraded. Fingers Crossed on that.

With the exception of being Alexa-enabled, this adjustable base works well. I particularly like the three buttons on the remote that can be customized to positions I use frequently. I use those button all the time. The base was delivered promptly and was easy to install. We adjusted the legs from the tallest height of 12" to the next tallest height of 9" and it fits my antique bed frame perfectly. I am disabled and am now able to get out of bed fairly easily on my own by adjusting the bed in the way I need it to move my body. It has given me a new lease on life to be able to get out of bed successfully on my own without assistance. In addition, the zero gravity position when I'm laying on my back is wonderful. The Alexa connectivity does not work. I talked to Blissful Nights customer service about that and they were very helpful. We reached an accommodation on how to deal with that issue.

I bought this base to replace a previous model. I was very, very excited for this purchase for 2 reasons : the smart slide base, and the Google home feature. Neither is functional, this product is smoke and mirrors. - The smart slide adjustable base is supposed to keep you within reach of your night stand -- this is an incredible idea and I was so excited for this. It does not slide even close to as much as you'd need it to in order to have your nightstand within reach. Truly disappointed in this feature that could have been excellent. -Smart control simply does not work. I have a degree in IT and Computer Science -- I know how to follow tech instructions. This app has a 1.9 star rating on the Google Play store for a reason. Followed the instructions to connect to a 2.4ghz network 10 times. I call tech support, and all they can tell me is 'yeah, it just doesnt work for alot of our customers'. If that is the case, it is probably time to hit the drawing board and create a functional product. And they were very friendly, I do not blame support, I blame the development team. Cannot reccomend this product.
