  • Quality made, works great!
Size: Queen Style: e6 (Wall Glide Adj Base)
Wanted to try this because my wife had problems with acid reflux. Amazingly in her case, after 2 months she has not had one problem during the night on this unit. (went on short vacation and had issues on the hotel flat bed) Zero G position is very comfortable. Unit was east to install. Set inside our bed frame with head and foot boards. The package (heavy) was damaged by the transport company, but no damage to the base. Had to get help from customer service to connect to Alexa, but they were very helpful. Alexa works well for most commands and we use it a lot. (cannot turn off the night light- for some reason says turning off massage which is not on) We do not use the massage, but grand kids like it - you might. The bed moves back up to 8 inches as you raise the head to help reach night stands. This helps some, but not that much. (16 inches would be better. Wish we purchased this long ago. ... show more

  • Never going back to horizontal living again
Size: Queen Style: e6 (Wall Glide Adj Base)
I've had this bed for several months now and didn't expect to like it as much as I do. It does everything it says it does in the description. There are some minor tweaks I would make but nothing drastic. The only cons I see are: - the light underneath is really dim. I can see how that's really great in the middle of the night when you don't want to wake your partner, but it doesn't really help navigate a dark room that much. It's not a feature I use though so no biggie for me, but some might find it lacking - the "massage" features are kinda useless IMO. They're more just like a vibrating bed and not really a massage. Just get a separate massager. You don't need a bed to massage you. Also not a feature I need so not a big deal to me. - when I raise the bed the mattress does tend to slide down a bit and returning it to flat leaves a couple inch gap between my headboard and mattress. A useful feature would be if the metal pieces on the end of the bed that keep the mattress from falling off when it's raised would actually move and "push" the mattress back into place when it returns flat. I don't think that's a feature that exists anywhere but it would be a really nice thing to add - pairing my phone was a bit of a schlep since I had to actually crawl under the bed to activate the pairing once plugged in. This seems like something that could definitely be improved - the only serious con I had was this thing is freaking heavy. It definitely requires two strong people to move. I carried it up 3 flights of stairs in my walk up apartment with a friend and we were both sore afterwards (I'm 5'10" 180lbs and he's 6'0" pushing 210 -- we're both average strength in relatively decent shape and this was a tough move). Idk what kinda hero UPS person delivered this but my hat goes off to him/her wherever they are. Despite the nitpicky critiques above, the bed works great. Things I like: - The motor is quiet which was a big concern for me. Naturally you hear it, but it's a low and expected whirring that's very reasonable. - The remote is reliable and the preset functions are both intuitive and very handy. You just press and hold the button for several seconds and it memorizes the position of the bed. I use 1 for reading, 2 for meditation/relaxation, and 3 for a slight incline when sleeping if my reflux is acting up. The buttons also have a satisfying click to them and while it definitely could use higher quality materials, I like how easy it is to use and feel like it's reliable and will last. - having the app on my phone as backup to the remote is quite handy -- despite being slightly awkward to pair I've had no issues with it, which is pleasntly surprising as "smart" appliance apps have always been shoddy and unreliable in my experience - the main function of the bed works flawlessly and feels like a big upgrade from just a standalone flat mattress -- it'll be hard if I ever have to go back to normal horizontal life now that I've tasted that sweet sweet incline While I could have given this a 4 of 5 for some of the small things I mentioned above, I was expecting all those things anyways so they don't feel negative to me. The pros far outweigh the cons and I feel like I upgraded my life after purchasing this so I'm giving it a full 5 of 5 simply because it makes me happy and I think that's all that really matters. Update: after years with this bed, the negatives have started to show. Mainly that the bed itself is wobbly and shifts quite a bit when inclined at all. If you look underneath, you’ll see that the mechanical arm that inclines the bed is actually quite small and wobbles quite a bit. There’s no way to tighten it either. It’s a minor annoyance, but for something I use every day, it becomes very noticeable. ... show more

  • Adjustability for King size
Size: Split King Style: e6 (Wall Glide Adj Base)
We bought the Split-king bed frames in 2021. We replaced a single Queen Sleep Number bed that was 18yrs old. We added 2 Sleep Number twin mattresses to go on top of these frames. 1. These frames are heavy (roughly 100lbs EACH). We took out our carpeting and refinished the oak hardwood floor in our bedroom. We put felt sliders under the supports and the entire bed together can be moved by either my wife or I. I LOVE that there are 6 supports for each frame, total of 12 for us. The bed feels absolutely solid! 2. I didn't want to connect the frames controls to a phone app. As a former IT guy, I cannot understand WHY people WANT to connect their refrigerator, stove, dish washer, clothes washer, garage door opener, and now bed, to the internet. Totally stupid idea. We had to disconnect a couple connections under the bed and we just use the remotes that came with the frames. 3. My wife loves the ZERO-G function. The fact either of us can raise or lower the head & feet w/o impacting the the other one, sure makes adjustments quick and simple at night. 4. The lights under the frames make a great night light to see where you're stepping at 3AM. We don't use them hardly ever, but the USB power connectors under the frames have come in very handy. 5. Finally, the fact we are using the full 12" riser feet makes cleaning under the bed sooooo easy. We'd buy these again. They've held up extremely well! ... show more

  • I guess it works OK
Size: Split King Style: e6 (Wall Glide Adj Base)
When I went to look this item up I realized that their website said nothing about it. I own the e6 that I purchased in November 2022. I am guessing that they added stuff. I can tell the remote is different. some ads says something about Alexa and others don't. The ads say only with v and certain numbers. I don't know if that is a different version or what. Is that like V6? or is it e6 version 4. I am thinking mine has no Alexa. I see that they have a gadget with something on it for Alexa that I don't have. I would have liked if they called mine e6 year 2022. The bed took effort to connect to the remote, we had to try over and over but they are connected. I have nothing to compare it to. It works and it still works a year and a half later. I see some versions have a massage timer which would have been nice. I don't think any adjustable beds are really returnable because they are so heavy you could not afford shipping. I got a split king to help with my husband snoring which it doesn't do. At this point in time I wish I had not gotten a adjustable split king bed. Number one I do not think it is zero clearance, the pillows fall back behind it. It is not worth the hassle of buying split king sheets which cost extra and I wanted some linen ones but either couldn't find them or they are too expensive. I think pillows is all that is necessary to prop your head up. Also when I decide on a bed frame I am afraid the base will not fit in it well. I think it was an expensive experiment that I didn't need to waste my money on. ... show more
