Love it, it's light, easy to control, easy to move around, and can barely hear it. It is easy to store under my bed. So far, no issues at all. Everything is working great, no issues with the belt or anything. I am 300lbs, and it holds my weight well, and the size it great.

I used it for a couple months. Then, it started making a very high pitched noise (like ringing in ears). I reached out to support who requested a video. I sent one and they said they were going to send a new motor. Wasn't sure how I was going in install that but was willing to try. The day after that response they said the motor would take too long to ship and to write a review and they'd send a new walking pad. I said Id like the issue resolved before I left a review. They then shipped a new one. So I can say their customer service was very accommodating and responsive. I do like the unit. Its quiet for when im on work calls and fits under my desk great. I have had the new one for a few weeks so hoping it keeps on going like it is now. Very happy with service which is nice to see these days. Would recommend. ... show more

I decided to cancel my Gym membership and get this.So happy with it!Have it at the foot of my bed facing a dresser with my laptop on it to watch videos while i walk!No more wondering if the flu bug is going around the gym!I got the newest updated version for 8$ more than the older version and it has an incline of 5%..Love that!Its a few inches bigger as well but yet so compact.Also goes up to 4 miles per hr lol but doubt i will ever go that fast!!.Nothing to put together,just take out of box plug it in and turn on.The remote has a battery plus an extra one and oil when needed..That easy and perfect for seniors.Great buy!! ... show more

After less than 35 minutes of use (and not even at top speed), the base became dangerously hot and actually started melting the plastic. I stopped immediately after noticing a burning smell. The underside was so hot it could have burned skin on contact. This seems like a serious fire hazard, and I would not feel comfortable having this in my home, regardless of the price. I may have received a defective unit, but it wasn’t worth the risk, I ended up throwing it out, would rather waste the money than start a fire! ... show more
