Received my walking pad today, a few days early! Let’s start with the shipping box and packaging. The box was thick and study, securely wrapped with heavy duty shipping tape. Once I got the box open (it was heavy!) the walking pad was very securely packaged and it was obvious it was not going to move around during shipping! I was impressed with the shipping/packaging. Warning…it is heavy to get out of the box until you can use the wheels to move it around! Set up was easy! My husband and I followed the directions in the Manuel and had set up in less than 10 minutes. The saftey key has to be inserted into the machine in order for it to turn on. You do not have to wear the other end of the key; however, the key must be inserted. The lubrication of the walking pad was a little confusing. The manual said to lubricate the belt before using the first time. However, online it stated that was not necessary. We went with the side of caution and slightly lubricayed the belt (we have owned full side treadmills in the past!). The belt was the hardest thing to get adjusted but once I started walking on it, the belt adjusted itself somehow. The walking pad is very quiet. My husband watched his favorite show and my walking on the pad did not bother him in the least! I am glad it has the handle in front….i just wish it was a slight bit higher. I am 5’6” and it would be nice if the handle was 6 inches taller. The length of the walking pad is perfect for me. I could see this being an issue if someone was taller. Overall I did 15 minutes (one mile) easily and was pleased with the cushioning and walking area. I want to note that I wear very high end running shoes and I would not want to walk on this pad without them. All is as described and good for a simple treadmill. We liked that it has a handle bar that folds down and doesn’t add bulk to the overall product. Since the running area is a little tight, it's nice to have the handle bar up most of the time, but it will certainly fit under our couch when we want to put it away. It's straight forward for my tween and teen kids to use it, and its helpful to get a few steps in when we have a down time, or burn off some energy. ... show more

I thought that this was more portable and space saving. It takes up more room than I imagined. It is a mini treadmill that while not full sized it is not able to hide under a bed or whatever. The unit itself is well made and useful, but not what I had in mind when I ordered it. We had a lot of trouble getting it out of the box which in one way was good because it was well protected but prevented us from returning it because we destroyed the box to get it out. I waited a while before posting a review. I have had it for about a month and a half. I use this treadmill 5 to 6 times a week for 45 - 75 minutes, so far it is perfect. I do not run, I usually have the speed about 3.2 to 4.0 on average and it does not lag. It is fairly quiet. I love the little remote. The arm does fold down, but in order to do that, you would have to unscrew 1 screw on each side, that may be a bit annoying if you wanted to do this everyday, I had read that with other reviews, so I was aware of this, I do not fold it up, so it was not a deal breaker for me. It does not incline, which was also fine, I was not looking for that feature. I am 5'6" and the size is fine for me. A friend of mine who is about 5'10" also walked on it with no problem, it may be a challenge if you wanted to run if you are on the taller side. I am 100% satisfied with my purchase. ... show more

One of the best Amazon purchases!! It came very well packaged and already put together. All I had to attach was the remote/cell phone holder. Everything needed was provided, including the 2 AAA for the remote and a bottle of oil. This walking pad is quiet and felt very sturdy! I walked on it barefoot, and it felt good. It has a nice length but could be an inch or 2 wider. It was easy to move around and felt lighter after I got it out of the box. The display was big, bright and easy to read. I only went up to 2.5 for the first try and I was already burning calories. I would definitely recommend it! ... show more
