Good size and genuinely quiet enough not to disturb anyone. Your footsteps will be louder. Gets up to a decent walking pace. This cheap alternative to a full blown treadmill is perfect when youre just trying to get more walking into your routine. The handle folds easily and is secured easily in the upright position with two sturdy bolts with ergonomic knobs. Very easy to move around and easy to get out of the way. When i herniated a disc in my lower back i was able to get this thing in position to walk on without straining anything because its super light for what it is. At about 200lbs myself the belt doesnt struggle at all to move or start. The initial speed is more than good enough not to worry about losing your footing and eating floor. Its speed increases from 0.6 starting in increments of 0.2. Nice and gentle.

I love my walking pad! It’s compact, quiet, and ideal for taking a few steps during the day. The setup was super easy, and it runs smoothly. This was a good walking pad, but it randomly started smoking from the motor. I kept up on maintenance, and honestly didn’t use it super often for it to be broken not even 6 months in. Can’t return or get help with it either. Wasted money

We had gotten rid of an awesome NordicTrack treadmill only because it took up half the room, it was not a fun choice. Living in a small ranch has advantages, tons of extra space not being one of them! Still, my wife really missed having some sort of treadmill, and this is what she decided on. Size-wise it's perfect! It's not something for actual jogging per se, but for walking it's just right. It came well packaged and was quick to set up, very simple. The only feature we don't like is the hand rail. The angle of the rail makes you lean just forward of what's natural. The rail is also "floats" a little; it is not a stiff, solid feel when you pull on it. That being said, for the price the overall opinion is that this is a good unit, and was a good choice for this price range. Best of all it's easy to pick up and roll into a spot where it sits out of the way, and we didn't even have to move anything for it to fit. As long as you don't plan on "hanging on" to the rail all the time it will be fine.

At 5'11 and 230 pounds , the comments about Short Stride and weight limits should be given heed. The comments about a little noisy and burning smell also are accurate. This machine filled all my needs, I was pleased allowing for this is not a full sized, functional treadmill ..... for about 5 months, I was satisfied . Suddenly stopped almost throw me off and the then was operating with a clunky motor action. Turned if off and Maybe working again? EDIT: Following the post of this review, well past return and warranty dates. The company reached out to me and asked concerning my dissatisfaction. They seemed seriously concerned with great attention to detail. This became a series of messages and videos. In the end they worked to resolve every issue. The company was under no obligation to me , yet , they were very concerned with post sales satisfaction. If they treat every customer as they have treated me I would readily give them my hearty recommendation. Five star rating is based on post sales and out of return/warranty support and satisfaction.

Love this treadmill it’s easy to use easy to move. It’s not big it doesn’t take up. A lot of space can go underneath the bed. It’s great for a day-to-day work out that you just wanna get a quick workout in even place in front of a TV and do a quick workout.

item is great, works well, one handrail switch was defective and could not be used. Tried to contact customer support to get just the part which is defective, but wasn't able to do so, Amazon wanted to replace entire unit, which is crazy and I did not want to have to take the treadmill to the UPS store, so cancelled return.
