This treadmill works for my light exercise while multitasking at home. It’s not a heavy duty machine for intense workouts, but for casual walking and staying active at home, it gets the job done. It is easy to assemble. I use it three to four times a week, it’s compact and not heavy, and I can move it myself. It’s handy for those moments when I need to stretch my legs after hours of sitting at my desk. Functionally, it’s smooth and steady. I often set my standing desk to a higher setting, pop my laptop on it, and walk at a slow pace while answering emails or attending virtual meetings. The belt moves evenly without slipping, and the noise is there but not loud enough to drown out my thoughts or a podcast. The armrests give me extra stability, especially when I’m distracted by work or watching something. I also like that they fold down, so I can slide the treadmill under a low shelf when I’m done. The speed adjusts easily, too, without any jarring starts or stops, which makes it feel safe and reliable. Worth the investment. I was initially concerned about the length because I have a wide walking stride — no issue. I was also concerned about the speed — no issue. I've gone up to 3.6 mph, which provides a nice, brisk walk that gets my heart rate up. The 6.2 level is a full-fledged run. My only issue is that the walking pad does not adjust in height. It's a quality machine with easy maneuverability. The sound level is low, making it great for apartment living. I love that I can operate the machine with a remote.     • Good supplemental exercise equipment . But in KM!
I have used the walking pad for a week: Pro: 1. Easy to move around the house. Even though it is very heavy taking out of the box, the rollers on the bottom make it very easy to be picked up and moved around. I use it on the carpet, and it works fine too. 2. Easy set up (first time and every time later) 3. Fairly quiet. 4. Pad feels good on the feet Con: 1. It’s pretty small. I am short and fairly small, but I still have to keep my strides small (smaller than what I would walk on a trail) to feel safe on the pad. And no I don’t feel comfortable jogging on it (yet at least). 2. The handbar is okay for me, but it’s at my waist level. It may be hard to reach for the tall folks. It is necessary for me to catch my balance occasionally. 3. The stand on the handbar is useless. It’s too small for any phone or iPad (and you wouldn’t be able to watch it because you have to keep looking down). And you can’t even hold the remote. The remote keeps falling off because the machine is wobbly while you walk. And then that’s another thing. I don’t know where to put the remote. I don’t want to hold it all the time, and I don’t want to put it in my pocket either. I will need to figure out how to tie it to the bar so I don’t hold it or lose it. AND SPEED AND DISTANCE IS APPARENTLY IN KM NOT MILES!!!! works for me because I don’t walk that fast . But for some it may be a problem. Overall, it’s a great supplemental equipment when I cannot go outside or to the gym to walk. And now I don’t feel guilty watching tv because I can walk at the same time. I do not recommend using it for your only exercise routine. I normally go outside or to the gym, so this little walking pad served my purpose very well. ... show more

I like this treadmill. It's not very big and won't take up too much space. In fact, I placed it in the corner on the other side of the sofa and coffee table in the living room, and others hardly noticed its existence. In this way, I can use it every day when looking out of the window. Despite its small size, its stability has not been affected at all. It easily meets my exercise needs. I like the feeling of being able to exercise anytime and anywhere! Moreover, its operation is very simple, and all kinds of function buttons are clear at a glance. Even if it's your first time using it, you can get the hang of it quickly. I also like that it operates very quietly. Unlike many treadmills on the market, it is equipped with a foldable handle bar, which greatly improves safety. I purchased this product but ended up returning it because it wasn’t a great fit for my needs. I wish it did because it actually was a pretty good walking pad. Pros The sound is beautiful quiet which is great when living in an apartment, using it while working or on a call/video conference. Also, I loved the look of it. It didn’t appear to look like cheap plastic. Cons The handle bar. This was the biggest reason I returned the product. You cannot push it down to pack the walking pad away with ease. You have to screw and unscrew the screws on both sides everytime. This was not conducive for me. Another con was the remote didn’t have a pause button. It only had a stop button which would cause me to lose all the data and would have to start over. It also started making some concerning sounds randomly.
