Very happy with our purchase of these beds. I will say the 14" mattress does take three (3) full days to expand but the wait is well worth it. The mattress is more firm than you would expect, but it is a good firm and very comfortable, although it takes a couple days to adjust to the feel. This is not my first adjustable bed and I believe it is the best yet and it was less expensive than the others. The under bed light is very handy, and so are the USB ports. I honestly have nothing to complain about and am quite satisfied.
