The remote is super simple, has start stop, pause resume and mode settings. Perfect for using with a adjustable height table, pretty good and quiet. The minimium speed is 0.6 miles per hour, which is perfect for working on documents and typing at the same time.

The media could not be loaded. This is my 2nd time to buy this mini treadmill for indoor walking. Work from home for many years, need this walking pad during the day time and also marathon zone two training during bad weather. Used for 1 week and it fit my purpose very well. The compact design saves the space and it is not noisy during the use. No need the set up at all, and the remote control device is very handy for making adjustment. The incline feature make the workout more effective. Great vaule for the price. If the overall length can be a liitle bit longer will be better for fast running, but no impact to my use as now.

I’ve been using this walking pad for a while and really like it. It’s quiet enough to use while watching TV and doesn’t disturb anyone. I keep it under my sofa, so it’s easy to pull out and store. I just received this and I Have assembled in about 15 minutes. I'm impressed by the force of the motor. I'm about 200lb and I can use it seemless . It has a good speed and does not vibrates like others that I used before. Is a bit heavy because is a large item but the wheels for moving it make it easy as well to move around. No regrets so far
