The media could not be loaded. Easy set up straight out the box, just plug in and go. It works well with or without a standing desk and comes with a remote control which allows me to adjust the mode by speed, time, distance or calories. The treadmill itself is quiet however there’s a loud beep upon start up and it’s noticeable when adjusting the settings. There is no option to turn off the sound but it’s something to be aware of. I was concerned about not having anything to hold on to but the treadmill is sturdy and wide enough to accommodate my walking or running routines. The wheels under the treadmill can be pulled out to create an incline and add versatility to my workouts. It turns off automatically after about 10 minutes of being idle but there’s also a switch to shut off the machine after each use. This checked my boxes AND at a great price! I am able to walk and work at the same time and before I know it, I’ve walked for over an hour without realizing. I’m able to get in a slow jog if I choose. The unit works by remote control making it a breeze to control at your fingertips. There are wheels on the unit that make for easy movement. Love my walking pad. It is affordable, moves easily, takes up little space, and it has a quality incline ability. The only thing I could knit pick about is that I wish it had a pause button and the on/off button and speed didn't beep so loud when turning on or making adjustments. This is perfect for my in home workouts. The remote makes increasing and decreasing speed during my walks very easy. It’s simple to use and stores easily under my bed. It was a little squeaky during the first few uses but that has since stopped. I highly recommend this product.

It came well packed and ready to use right out of the box. No assembly or adjustments required. It is just the right size. Not as big and heavy as a full sized one but still big enough to not have to worry about where you step. The handle is very sturdy but super easy to adjust or fold down. I like the more physical buttons this one has compared to what some others have.     • Remote doesn't work and can't be stored upright

Overall the build quality seems good. Great for light walking in short increments of up to 30 minutes. I wouldn't attempt to do more than that or try jogging in any way. The remote is terrible, the response rate has a lag that is alarming, especially when you are trying to reduce or increase speed. Forget wanting to toggle through the distance or time metrics, that's useless. Not to mention it tracks distance to 1 decimal place, so not very accurate to begin with. Its affordable for a basic walking pad but leave a lot to be desired. Storage is only flat on the ground CANNOT be stood up as the power cord would break since its straight out of the front. So hopefully you have plenty of space to store it out in the open. I wouldn't buy it again, but i'm stuck with it at this point. ... show more

I bought this waking pad 6 months ago. I really like the width of the walking belt and the ease is use. It runs relatively quietly and does not overheat. The incline is also simple to use and effective. A week ago, the motor started to slow down. There is a 1-year warranty, so I contacted customer service by email, and they answered me in less than 24 hours. I sent a video snip & a brief description of the problem, and they have responded that they will refund me for the purchase. I am very happy with the response & I am looking forward to the refund being processed. I highly recommend this product and this company. ... show more
