This is a great pad and it's really helping me stay healthy at 49 years old and a perimenopausal woman. Customer support is beyond amazing, if there is any question or issue, please reach out to them, they will help out! The incline is manual. Just be sure you are aware of that before purchasing. It is not like a regular treadmill that will incline at the touch of a bottom. You have to get off, flip the feet down, then get back on. We did know that ahead of time and it is no big deal for us, but if we did not know, that would have been a huge bummer. This is a very compact pad. I am 5'3" and the stride length is almost too short to walk but I can make it work if I focus on making short strides, so it works. If you are taller, this will definitely not work for you. We bought this pad because the last one unfortunately quit working after a mishap with my water bottle😬. The only thing I am very disappointed with is the speed. The last one we had had me going at a brisque walk at level 3.3 which was nowhere near the highest available level. This pad, maxed out at 4.0 is just a normal walk. In order to get a little work in, I have to flip the feet down for the incline. I cannot imagine what use this would be under 3.5 unless you are recovering from a massive injury or surgery where you had to walk extremely slowly. I would not recommend this pad unless you have an extremely short side and only want to walk slowly.

I really enjoy the ease of using this walking pad. Awkward to carry, but lightweight enough to move out from under my bed so I can use it when I'm not storing it. The speed of the walking pad is nice, however I feel like the highest setting, which is 4 MPH, doesn't quite feel like it compared to an industrial treadmill, but I'm not complaining because I'm still hitting 15-minute miles. The longest distance that I've done in one sitting was 5 miles at 4MPH and the walking pad really held up! I have yet to do longer distances with the incline, but I would imagine that it would be just fine. I love being able to put this in front of my TV and zone out for as long as I wish my walk to be, this has truly been a game changer with my working out! However, there are a couple of downsides: Theres no handlebars so please be cautious when ordering. I bought this walking pad because I didn't think that I needed one (which at times it would be convenient, but I still enjoy this pad nonetheless.) If I'm walking for a long time (maybe three miles in) I have the habit to sway a bit more, and the width of the treadmill is relatively narrow, so I have to really pay attention to my footing, so if your stride is wide, I would recommend finding a different walking pad. These two downsides haven't negatively affected me, but the next one has: It is very noisy. I live on the top floor of my apartment and using this walking pad is definitely giving upstairs neighbor activities. I am not a heavy stepper, but with the mix of the belt turning, and me jogging on the pad, it definitely elevates the sound. I am definitely going to continue using the pad, but am taking it to my parents house to use when I'm over there and will just stick to the gym.

Prior to buying this, I had had an older treadmill that I used for a while, but stopped once I was pregnant and had a baby. I ended up getting rid of it bc it took up way to much space and was staring at me making me feel guilty for not using it... Fast forward 9 months later and I was upset for selling the treadmill bc I was finally feeling ready to get active again! BUT I really didn't want to spend a ton on a treadmill or get something that took up so much space. And as I'm not a runner, I didn't need anything that went too fast. So thank goodness for the popularity of walking pads!! Pros - comes assembled and ready to go, small, easy to move by myself to store, can set different modes (time walked, distance walked) and it can go up to 4mph. One thing I wanted was a walking pad with an incline, and this one has that! there is only one level of incline but that's fine with me! Other reviews said that the noise was loud on the beeps when you turned it on and turned up or down the speed, but I didn't feel like it was loud at all. It is also just what you'd expect for noise when walking. Cons - (none of which are deal breakers imo) the pad itself is shorter than a treadmill so sometimes when I'm walking and not paying the most attention I feel my heels starting to slip off the back end. Mostly this is my own fault and it's not necessarily a con, but just something you need to be ready for. Another issue is that it is slightly too thick to fit under my couch, which is where I was hoping to store it. But I didn't measure before buying and dimensions are listed! So that's my fault. Lastly, when putting the incline up, you flip down two legs at the front, but then you need to unscrew two other "legs" to stabilize the pad in the middle so you don't cause warping. I wish those were also just flip down legs too, bc it takes a long time to unscrew and screw those back in. I've just been putting it away with those down bc I always walk with it inclined. But depending on where you store it, those could get in the way. Regardless of those couple small things, I have been extremely happy with this purchase and would absolutely recommend it!

I love this walking pad. Nice pace options, easy to store, and remote operation is very convenient. Until the day comes when you're walking at an advanced pace for over an hour, you're panting for air just trying to push for one more minute in your workout. You hit the stop button on the remote... but the treadmill doesn't stop. You're desperate for water and a chance to catch your breath, so you spam-stop 15 more times... but the treadmill doesn't stop. You point the remote at the treadmill, then at the wall, the desk, the window, the roof, hoping to finally end this nightmare of a workout... BUT THE TREADMILL. DOESN'T. STOP. The only way to end your torment is to jump off, so you do. Once you flip the power switch, the treadmill... finally stops. Did the batteries go bad? Nope! The remote just didn't feel like it. But it will work again long enough to start your workout tomorrow. So yes, the controls being accessible only on the remote are convenient, but without it, the walking pad is essentially useless. The walking pad also overheats at faster paces and longer durations. If you have people living under you, they may hate you if you don't get the proper mats to nullify the vibrations going through the floor. Got some nice workouts out of it, though.

I am going to give it 5-stars for now as it is easy to set up and works well in confined spaces. We have a larger one in our workout/craft room and wanted one for the lower TV area. The one thing I was surprised about was the bracket that goes up to act as a place to put your phone/tablet. It appears that the height would be greater as it only comes up below my waist. I am 5'10 and it appears they are using very short models not that I look at the photos of it in Amazon. That bracket does not slide inside itself for adjusting the height, it is a fixed height. The handle however also works well in allowing the user to move the machine around and get it situated. Overall I am pleased with it and did not buy it with the bar as a must have. It is quiet and durable as I weigh over 200 lbs at this time I do not sense the unit is being put under any stress and moves along just fine.

Very happy with this purchase. This is small - which is what I wanted so I could slide it under my couch. It has the legs so I can give is an incline of 2.5 which is plenty. Just wanted something to help get more steps in while home with my kids/unable to get to the gym. This is light and I was able to carry it on my own/easy to move back and forth to under the couch. There are not bars to hold on to which is fine since I’m not using it for a fast speed & come with a remote to adjust. I was unsure if the length would be too short but it is the perfect length and I don’t feel I’m falling off the am or tripping on the front of it/I have enough space. I’m 5’7 - 150 lbs for comparison. I did not have to assemble this - just undid the packaging, plugged in and was ready to go! I did not attempt to run on this - walking it did not shake or anything. Good quality.
