We debated for a long time on whether we need to add a treadmill for our home gym until we saw the walking pads getting popular and decide to give this one a try. The pad arrived well packaged and with lubricant for future maintenance. The max speed is 10km/hr which matches my current running pace. However I felt it's only around 8-9km/hr since my heart rate was not as high as my max effort outdoor running. I tried it many times to run and my wife walks on it everyday in addition to her outdoor jogging with friends. Overall we love this gadget and is not regretting on reduced home space. Pros: reliable, compact walking pad Cons: The remote's STOP button need to be the easiest button to click in emergency. I almost fell once (went too fast w/o warming up). Later I know the safest way is to lay onto my sofa behind but it won't work for every home. It's the perfect walking pad, but for running, start slow and increase it in a few days slowly. The reason is unlike traditional treadmill, this is shorter and narrower. If you are not fully focus you can easily step behind. Because it's narrower, it has more challenge for you to stay straight and if you have not adjusted to it, your knee will suffer. I had bad knees and did feel it (the shock absorbing is better than outside road, but stress to stabilize your knee is something you need to pay attention to). Conclusion: it's a perfect walking pad and you need to mitigate a few gotchas to run. ... show more

I have been advised to take daily walks for 30 minutes especially half meals. Since I work at home, this walking pad treadmill with speaker seems like a perfect solution for me. Taking daily walks at home is great for me to get back to shape, I can’t wait to try it out. The product arrived in a good condition and it’s pre-assembled. It doesn’t require any special equipment, basically it can be plugged in and used anywhere. This treadmill is well designed and is quite comfortable to walk or slow jogging on it. I feel very stable and comfortable while exercising on it even at the highest speed. I have been using it multiple times every day. It really helps boost my energy and productivity at home. I have a traditional walk machine in my basement. However, it's not convenient to use it. That's why I bought a new style flat walking pad, which I can put under my uprising desk in my home office. And for the light weight, I can move it into my living room, when I watch TV/video. After I bought this one, I had increase my practise dramatically. It's so easy to move around in my house. And for the flat design, I can put it under my couch, And I can also stand it up and save in my living room closet. Even the light weight, surprisely, it's very stable and no shacking when using. With the Fitshow APP, I can also record my daily usage. In the past week, I used it more than 1 hour every day. I hope I can keep the momentum and achieve my weight loss goal! If I have to find some shortcomings，maybe it's the speaker inside the pad. Or maybe I have a perfect home audio system which made the speakers is sounded little bit weak. So far so good.
