The media could not be loaded. When buying appliances from Amazon, I'm always a little worried they'll be damaged during shipping. However, this treadmill was packed really well with plenty of Styrofoam padding and sturdy boxes. The treadmill itself is portable and pretty light, easy to move around and installation is a breeze. Can do two levels of incline and comes with oil to lubricate it and a remote to control it with. Runs really quiet and is pretty high quality for the price paid. Arrived earlier than expected & very well packaged - heavy duty box with plastic straps & styrofoam protection around the unit. Easy set-up, just raise the uprights & put in 4 bolts. 2 more bolts to hold the console in place & done. Folds up & moves easily. Comes with 2 small bottles of oil to lubricate the walking deck. Note the oil is triple sealed, plastic cap + foil lid + cardboard liner. Just when I thought I had it open I found another seal. App is good, connection set up was easy. The first couple uses I couldn't figure out why it wasn't syncing to the app so I messaged & received a very helpful response within a day. You need to leave the app open while using the treadmill & then it syncs no problem. The console mode option lets you select time, distance or calories for a workout but these only change in large increments (+/- 10 minutes at a time, 100 calories, or 1 mile at a time). However in the app, you can easily select "target run" to select a specific target for all 3 modes down to the minute (time), 0.25 mile (distance), 5 kcal (calories). Or you can just walk / run without mode option. Can also set up custom workout under customized scheme. Would be nice to see speed, distance, time all at once on console but it just constantly scrolls through these along with calories & pulse. However, this is not a big deal & when using the app it does show all these on the app screen. Fairly quiet, can easily watch tv without turning volume up too much. ... show more

Really like it's quietness and ability to fold up. Easily movable. Relatively sturdy. Easy to put together. Reaches my desired 4.2 mph, no problem. Wish there was a way to always display countdown time on the single numeric display, instead of it continuously, automatically cycling through all the metrics, but that's a minor dislike. To ensure entire width of running belt gets lubricated, recommend additionally buying silicon oil with a long tube neck that can reach center of the belt from each side. Directions with unit are to tilt unit and have silicon oil from the short-necked bottle provided flow across belt deck, but think that is not as effective. ... show more

I never should have bought this treadmill. I read the reviews and they weren’t good but I bought this anyway. The console doesn’t light up. The tread wont tilt. The speakers don’t hook up to WIFI. I am so disappointed. I have reached out to the company and they have responded by offering me 40.00 on a 350.00 tread? Really. Don’t buy this treadmill. ... show more
