Very easy to set up out of the box – the only set-up required is the optional phone stand. The machine is very clean and modern looking and fits in to the aesthetic of my apartment nicely. It comes with an optional handlebar to hold on to that is low enough that it fits comfortably under my standing desk (though the handlebar can be lowered). It comes with a remote to control the speed which can be placed in the phone stand or attached to your wrist. It also comes with two different incline options and the speed can be adjusted. I highly recommend it. It is a great way to get some exercise while studying, gaming, watching movies or working. Viamotion walking pad is the basic treadmill that we were looking for. Delivery was by FedX. Package was packed well and easy to take out of box. Set up took 10 minutes. Instruction manual was helpful except for needing clearer notes on the remote control. For us the speed 0.6-3.8Mph, is plenty appropriate for general walking. We are seniors so having a compact treadmill that has ease of mobility makes it nice to move or store under a sofa. Will try to update on this review later. It’s a small walking pad but very compact for a small space so works perfectly for my apartment. Very simple to install as it wasn’t very heavy and needed minimum assembly . There has been no noise till now while using it . Comes with a small remote/ controller and also a space to keep it handy .

The walking pad will not turn on. The manual doesn’t have any instructions on how to trouble shoot. I googled it and that didn’t work. The company doesn’t have anyone available to help. And also don’t have remote battery in side
