**UPDATE- I have changed my 1 star rating to 5 stars after working with the company, who contacted me after reading the original review. My treadmill shipped without the Silicon oil and remote. The company sent me both, provided tracking info and followed through to make sure I received everything. I'm impressed with the customer service - they genuinely care about their customers. The treadmill works great, is quiet and easy to operate. I like the incline for my workouts. -I like the Felfast treadmill overall, however that's all I received as the package was missing paperwork and accessories (no oil for the machine belt, no remote). It's easy to turn on and walk on. Easy to control various speeds and remote works well. It is built well & is steady. Good to exercise with. Rated only 1 star for lack of accessories & inabilityto contact seller for help. Attempted to contact seller with no response. Amazon says I need to return whole treadmill and replace to get oil needed so I'm heading to my local sports store to find oil for the machine. ... show more

Just got my FelFast Walking Pad Treadmill yesterday. Setting it up was a breeze. I pulled it out of the box, unfolded the handles, and rolled it onto the workout pad that I purchased with it at the same time. I tried a small test walk, 2 mph, 0 incline, and the belt immediately became uncentered moving towards the left of the center. I followed the directions to recenter the belt and then turned it off for the day. Today I went for a 1 hour walk, 2.8 mph, 0 incline. Everything seemed to work fine. Although I need to get used to it not being very wide. Several times my foot either on the right side or the left side of the unit went off, and I was half on the belt and half on the side of the unit, until I corrected myself. After the ride, I noticed where my foot went off on the right and left side of the unit, some of the plastic was discolored were my shoe rubbed against the plastic. I also noticed that the belt was off-center, favoring to the left again. I will try it out for a week, but if the belt keeps going off-center, I will be returning it to Amazon for a refund. I do like the unit, and if you get one that does not move off-center, then I think it is a good investment. I like that the incline is automatic, that is really what the selling point was for me. ... show more

The Felfast Walking pad has a great feature set; speeds up to 7.6 mph, auto incline to 15%, HIIT modes, etc. It is relatively compact, runs quietly, and feels sturdy and reliable. The length and width of the belt are slightly less than ideal for running, but more than adequate for walking and jogging. I’ve received this treadmill more than one week, and I’m very satisfied with it—no issues so far. Although it’s quite heavy, once I get it into the room and unpack it, it’s easy to move around because of the wheels. When my room is empty, I leave it out to use, and when I have friends over, I simply slide it under the sofa. It takes up no space at all, which is super convenient. I eat too much over the holidays, so I started my weight-loss journey. I run while watching TV, and this treadmill has been amazing. I’ve already lost 2kg using it!
