Very happy with this purchase! The filling in our old down duvet had migrated to the bottom and no amount of shaking was going to even things out so I decided to start looking for a new one. I spent a long time looking at different options and was prepared to splurge to get something that would be of high quality. After years of fighting over the covers, I knew I wanted something oversized for our king sized bed. Of course I also wanted something that would keep the filling in place. And I also wanted something very fluffy (ie high fill power) but not crunchy. Based on the description and reviews, this duvet met all my criteria. It was also a very reasonable price. I almost didn’t get it, because I thought the quality would be lacking at this price point. But I was wrong! This duvet is a delight to sleep with. It feels like being in a hotel bed every night. It has a nice loft and is quiet. There hasn’t been any issue with the filling shifting. And probably my favorite part: it’s huge! No more pulling and fighting for the covers. I will note that the options for a cover for an oversized king duvet were a bit limited. But I really only wanted a plain white duvet cover so that wasn’t a big deal for me. I ended up getting one from Kotton Culture that does the job. Also a note on warmth - we live in New England and got this towards the end of the cold season. It is nice and warm and definitely cozy. Now that we’re getting into 80-90 degree weather here, the comforter is a little warm for my husband who sleeps hot. We’ve just been turning the a/c down lower and will likely leave this on the bed because we prefer to have something substantial to sleep with vs a quilt or something lighter for the summer.

This down quilt is warmer and the fabric has a soft texture. It feels very comfortable when covering your body and is more reassuring for the elderly. The entire quilt is lightweight and does not cause pressure on the heart and lungs, making it ideal for middle-aged and elderly people. Seeing my parents sleep peacefully makes me think this money was well spent.

We like this comforter. I bought it for my husband who was unable to get a good sleep bcz he couldn't get warm - even with the down comforter we already have. WE LIKE IT. He's slept warm every night since using it. It does have a crinkly sound (our other one does not), but that happens bcz the fabric is woven very tight so none of the contents can escape (that's a good thing). It is heavier than our other comforter, but that feels kind of comforting to me. It has had 0% odor of any kind. HOWEVER, you should be advised that it is not filled with goose down (as implied by the name of the company). It is mostly filled with Duck feather 'Fibers' (60% Duck Feather Fibers, 35% Duck Down Fibers, 5% Duck Down). Just FYI.

You want warm? This is warm! My husband didn't realize how well made this was and, as was his habit, fell asleep under it with his heated mattress pad turned on. Mistake - while his old comforter required the mattress pad, this one definitely didn't - he awoke in a sweat! So, all in all, a well made winter weight comforter.
