Impressive Customer Service I wanted to put a separate review for the Customer Service team because they were surprisingly helpful! I don’t think I’m alone when I say it’s hard to find basic human decency these days, and when it comes to customer service it’s not much better. HOWEVER the customer service I received was a pleasant surprise and that’s an understatement! I got a response from their team within hours of reaching out (quick in my opinion) and not only did they send me a brand new replacement walking pad, they told me I didn’t need to send the other one back. This was huge for me because it is super inconvenient to have to send things back and spend more time and effort after something doesn’t work. Then they also gave me a lifetime warranty which I can’t even express in words how much it means to me that they did that. I’ll forever be grateful and will never forget about this experience!! 10/10 recommended!! Walking Pad Review This walking pad is amazing so far!! I am about 5’6” and I was a tad worried that it wouldn’t be long enough to walk on without being extra careful not to slip off the back. But it’s actually great for my size there’s still about 6” of free space from the edge when I’m walking so I don’t even need to pay that much mind. It’s also super convenient to have the extra remote! The instructions are clear and the assembly was pretty much effortless. All I had to do was plug it in!! Super easy. Also, I really LOVE the incline, at first it didn’t work but customer service made the whole thing a breeze which is why I made a whole section of review just to praise them! The incline was one of the main reasons why I decided to buy this machine and I have absolutely NO REGRETS. Oh also wanted to add since I didn’t really see this in other reviews, you can plug it into an extension cord without any issues (maybe contact an electrician if you have issues with that), but for me I use it with an extension cord with no problem. It’s a game changer for those who want to work on their cardio fitness while managing a busy lifestyle. I would definitely recommend this walking pad and it is well worth the price!! I’m so glad I stuck with this choice, and forever grateful for the seller’s customer service!

I’ve been using this walking pad for a little while now and I’m really impressed with it. It feels sturdy and well built, especially compared to other compact treadmills I looked at. The 450 lb capacity makes it feel very stable while walking, and the belt runs smoothly without any jerky movement. One feature I really like is the auto incline. It adds a bit of intensity to walks without needing a full sized treadmill. The incline helps make shorter walks feel more effective. The RGB screen is also a nice touch and makes it easy to see speed and other stats at a glance. Another big plus is how compact and easy to store it is. It slides easily under my desk or against a wall when I’m not using it, which is perfect for smaller spaces. The media could not be loaded. This walking pad treadmill exceeded my expectations, especially for the price. It’s the perfect solution if you want to stay active at home without taking up a lot of space. Setup was super easy, and I love how slim and compact it is — I can easily store it under my bed when I’m not using it. Despite its size, it feels stable and well-built while walking. The speed options are great for everything from casual walking to getting a solid cardio session in. One of my favorite things is how quiet it is. I can use it while watching TV or even working without it being distracting. The incline feature is also a huge plus and helps make workouts more effective. Overall, this is a great value and does exactly what it’s supposed to do. If you’re looking for a compact, convenient treadmill for home use, I definitely recommend this

The media could not be loaded. I have been looking for an incline treadmill for a long time. I have an under desk treadmill already and I walk on it 4mph 2.5 hours a day. I love it but it's time consuming working out 2.5 hours a day. So I have been looking for one with an incline so I can add that and maybe cut some of my time off. This has very clear information on it. It stores smaller than my old treadmill. It feels nice and durable. The weight isn't too bad but I wouldn't want to carry it often as it's awkward to carry. Functionally, it's great. It has Bluetooth but my old one did too and I never used it. Headphones is what I use anyways. The belt didn't slip on me. My old one definitely had that issue. The best feature is the incline. It's automatic. I saw this advertised on my feed and I had to have it. Watch my video. While you are walking on it you can set the incline 0-9. I am assuming 9% incline max which is excellent. I was skeptical it could incline and hold my weight but it does and it does it well. It's like being on an incline at the gym. I have only had it for a week but already walked 40 miles on it. It's been great. I will update in the future with longevity and pros and cons. So far the only con I have is the speed is in the center and it's a graphic. It's harder to read than the incline and time but you can get used to what speed you like and what it looks like. But I do like that there are three indicators. One for incline, one for speed, and one for time and calories. My last one had only one indicator and it flipped between them every 3 seconds which wasn't bad but when you have been walking for a while you'd like to not have to wait 6 seconds to find your speed so this is a huge plus for me. I will be using this 5 times a week often. I know I will be looking forward to using this. I work from home and this sometimes is the only exercise I get when I am super busy.
