It’s longer and wider than what I thought it would be. I did lose my balance at 4.0 so I just pull a chair next to it and hold on to the back of the chair. I haven’t slipped yet since doing that. The walking pad performs as claimed. I like the Low noise when walking at lower speed (<4mph), and the wider and longer walking deck compares to other similiar products. However it feels a little unstable and more noisy when the front wheels are raised in the inclined position and walking in higher speed. The customer service is great and mailed me a longer screw to make the middle supporting knob touch the gound to stabilize the walking pad. The motor power is only 2.5HP while advertised as 3HP, and the seller changed the product description after I contacted customer service for clarification. It is NOT 15% it’s raised 2 inches above the ground, you manually adjust it by flipping the incline feet at the bottom, still good and silent but not 15. Exactly what I was worried would happen, happened. Device was dead upon arrival. It never turned on, or worked. Yes, I did trouble shoot with Amazon on the phone. Further, upon opening the box, I could also tell by looking at the walking pad that it was used and damaged. The remote was also missing from the box. I’m getting a replacement tomorrow and they gave me a $25 credit (not enough, considering I had to spend my Sunday re packing this heavy, broken object just to return to them, part of me thinks they’ll just send it to someone else so buyer beware. I do not have high hopes for this company so I won’t be updating this review until my replacement manages to “stay alive” for a full year. I understand this is not some super luxury item, but it’s still $300, quality control must be absolutely abysmal for this to happen ... show more

The media could not be loaded. I will start by saying that this 5 out of 5 star rating is because this company has exceptional customer service if anything goes wrong. That in itself is such a breath of fresh air when buying something so big online. Our walking pad unfortunately had some problems but we got a full refund and the company stood behind their product. That is a rare occurrence for this walking pad to have such problems it sounds like and I will say overall this walking pad feels very durable and well constructed. ———————————————————— Previous comment: Unfortunately we are having some issues with this walking pad shortly after unboxing it. The track is continually drifting to one side and it makes a very loud creaking/squeaking noise with each step we take. The back left corner appears to lift when someone walks on it despite putting it on different flooring and even a treadmill mat. Really praying we can come to a resolution because we are unable to use it. We followed everything the user manual suggested. The track appears to be starting to fray already and we have only had it for two days and haven’t let it rub or anything. Very disheartening. ——————————————————— I will start by saying that I received wonderful customer service regarding my concerns with this purchase. There were many different weight limits listed. The listing name stated 360lbs weight limit. A photo in the listing stated 360lbs weight limit. The video stated 265lbs weight limit. The description details stated 330lbs weight limit. There was a lot of discrepancy going on which was frustrating. The weight limit I was told by the company is 300lbs for anyone who is wanting to know. There was a discrepancy in the measurements as well. The track is 16x40 not 16.5x41. Believe it or not it makes a big difference for just a few inches on these walking pads.
