So far so good! I purchased this walking pad because my other one died after a year. I am praying this one holds up and it seems like it is holding up much better than the other one already. The belt doesn't slip, it goes fast (you can run on it, but I usually walk), I use it DAILY for 20-40 min a day. Easy to assemble, the only thing I really had to do was align the belt, it was a bit off straight out of the box and kept going to one side. It's great because it doesn't take up much space.     • Only used a handful of times and it is already broken

This advertises a 17" belt width, it is no larger than 16" wide (Yes, I measured a few times). While it is a smidge wider than my last walking pad, it would be nice if it was as advertised. I also noticed that the belt has a bit of a hard time staying in the right spot even with following the directions on tightening and loosening the belt. Noise wise it isn't bad compared to my last one. It's quieter in some aspects but makes a high pitched squealing noise in use. I do like the controls on the foldable bar and the fact that there is an app you can use along with a remote. It also seems to do well in terms of "suspension" in comparison to my past walking pad. I think once I mess with it a bit more, it will be pretty great outside of the misleading and inaccurate measurement. Update 7/31/25: Haven't used this in a few weeks. Set it up and turned it on and it doesn't work. Motor is making a knocking noise. ... show more

It is NOT 15% it’s raised 2 inches above the ground, you manually adjust it by flipping the incline feet at the bottom, still good and silent but not 15.
