We were looking for something that we could use in the Midsouth when we have snowy or stormy weather (happens a lot in the Spring) and can’t go outside. We wanted to ensure that we could get the walking pad up to a brisk pace and this one readily does that. We can even get a slow jog on it! The pad has a built in incline which is awesome to add a little intensity and the entire thing is very compact. We prop it against a wall, but it would easily fit under the couch. I bought this to help me stay active since I work from home. The size is perfect to fit under a bed (which is where mine is stored). I live tiny as well so size is what drew me to this kind of walking pad. It is easy to move around with the wheels. Works well for my size being I am plus sized. Writing my review after a couple of months. This walking pad is perfect for you if you plan on walking in 30 minute or shorter intervals, not ideal on carpet. For both these reasons the pad kind of starts to burn on itself due to friction. I have used the lubricant sparingly maybe every other month. Don’t get for long walks greater than 30 minutes long term. Short term will be no problem but you will eventually smell the pad kind of burning. Would I buy it again, yes. I think for the cost this is well worth but in a few extra calories on rainy days, if you can’t make it to the gym, or you work from home. ... show more

This is perfect for working at home! I live in Wisconsin & the weather usually isn’t nice enough to walk outside so I’ve been getting my steps in on my walking pad. I am also able to go at a slower pace during meetings or on calls with clients because the noise is so quiet! This walking pad is great and easy to use. It is designed with simple On/Off/Speed buttons right on the pad so that if you were to lose your controller, you can still use the walking pad. The price point is great. I use it daily for 1.5 hrs and it's still running great.

This works perfect for my stand up desk. I am able to walk on it while I work and the remote control makes it easy to adjust the speed and even pause it if I need to step away. The legs are nice to give it some uphill traction.
