I love this. I am able to easily set it up and use it and then put it away. I got this because my space is very limited but I still like to workout. I like that I can control how fast it goes easily. I am happy for the remote control too...I put Velcro on my remote so that I can put it on me while I am exercising and easily grab it when needed. It is not too loud....I even use it at night while my sons are sleeping. I really think my fan may be louder. But they are probably close in sound. This is good because sometimes when I can't sleep I like to exercise to spend that extra energy and help my sleep. I am happy with this and was very happy with the cost of it. If you want a treadmill but can't fit one in your space..I definitely would suggest a walking pad because they allow you to have the best of both worlds . It is good quality as well. I haven't had any issues with it since I've had it..I did have to wait a few months before I could use it, due to health issues ..but it has been exactly what I needed after my healing and the quality has been good..

I’ve had this walking pad since the beginning of May. LOVED it for three whole months, and then two weeks ago it abruptly stopped, flashing an “error 3” warning. The pad was also very hot to the touch and emitting a smell of burning rubber (yes, it’s been lubricated). It no longer works; every time I turn it on, it runs for 30 seconds and then I get the error 3 message and it completely stops. I looked in the manual to try to troubleshoot it and error 3 could basically mean anything: -the load of the treadmill exceeds the rated working current of the motor. It is recommended to operate within the current range of the motor (um, what?) -there are problems with the assembly structure of the treadmill and the motor, causing resistance or blockage of the motor. Check whether the treadmill structure is normal (looks normal. I don’t know how to repair a treadmill. Please help). -Failure of the lower control current limiting system. Replace the lower control panel and wait for repair (and how do I do that?) I spoke with a very polite, patient customer service rep from Amazon about what to do and she ultimately told me I needed to contact the manufacturer. Again — one of the aforementioned error 3 items suggested replacing the lower control panel and waiting for repair, which brings me to the next issue… After talking to the nice Amazon customer service rep, I found in the manual the contact email for Cybergoing support, along with this sentence: “Our Cybergoing Support Team will reply to you in one working day.” My initial email was sent on Aug. 7. I have sent two follow up emails. It has been almost two weeks now and I have heard NOTHING in response. I’m not even trying to get rid of the treadmill — just get on the phone with me and walk me through how to fix it! I’m happy to do it! I’m glad I purchased a protection plan. Don’t waste your money.

It feels like it hasn't stopped snowing for weeks, and I'm starting to feel like a hibernating bear. I needed an indoor exercise solution, and this walking pad treadmill has been a lifesaver. First off, the speed control is super precise. You know how some treadmills are either 'snail pace' or 'rocket launch'? This one lets you adjust it in tiny increments, so you can find that perfect speed for a brisk walk, a light jog, or even a full-on run. And the motor? Quiet! I can actually hear my podcasts, which is a huge plus. The LED display is simple but effective. It tells me everything I need to know – time, speed, distance, calories – and it's easy to read, even when I'm huffing and puffing. Plus, the remote control is a nice touch. I can change speeds or stop it without having to fumble with buttons. Now, here's the thing that really sold me: the incline. 7% incline! It's not just walking on a flat surface; it's like walking uphill, which burns way more calories. I have used this walking pad around 10 times. It does not keep a constant speed, it smells like the motor is burning after only 15 min and barely moves after 20 min. There is a pile of some kind of dust underneath the pad. I only weigh 140 lbs, so I am not over the limit at all! I can NOT recommend buying this product.

Nice walking pad for a great price. I bought this as an option to walk at my stand up desk to get more steps in. I am new to this item and I want to see how it lasts over time in particular the remote but so far very happy. It was an incredibly easy setup.
