    • Walker Muffler
I have dealt with Walker Exhaust parts for more than 40 years that is why I ordered this replacement muffler. As a replacement I found myself let down and disappointed by current Walker Exhaust Quality, Fit and Finish. This replacement muffler had incorrect hanger brackets welded to it which required a little shade tree mechanical knowledge as I had to purchase another model vehicle rubber isolator to be able to hang it on my Honda CR-V. Where the muffler flange mated with the factory flange they wouldn't align with each other properly. Again requiring a little modification and persuasion with a ball peen hammer. The Muffler outlet pipe was too short also as it did not extend out from under the vehicle which again required the addition of an extension tip to allow exhaust to exit behind the vehicle rather than under it. Also the bends in the connector pipe were very crude. I did get the muffler to fit on the Honda CR-V but can not say it is a dirrect replacement which was what I had expected from the Walker Company. ... show more

Unlike the other muffler buyer, this muffler fit my 2003 crv perfectly. It doesn't have the chrome exhaust tip of the original, but it's made of stainless steel, so it doesn't look bad. I also bought the matching center pipe in the same order and the suggested bolt hardware and two gaskets. Everything fit great. These pipes don't have the heat shielding of the original Honda pipes, but I can't imagine it matters too much. ... show more

Quite a large dent on bottom of muffler probably due to poor shipping or handeling. One star only for that reason but fine muffler for the money
