Thinner than OEM, slightly smaller diameter than OEM (had to use a butt band clamp instead of the fit in pipe flare it comes with). However, it bolted right in on my 99 XJ and doesn't have the weird dent right after the manifold that the OEM pipes have, welds looked good. One note for anyone w/ a long arm, it sticks over to the pass side a bit farther than the OEM pipe and may lead to contact when flexed out. ... show more

Ok, this is NOT a mandrel bent pipe as the photo would indicate, it's pinched at the bends, not good for flow. The metal support rod that slides into the crossmember rubber mount is only 1/4" not 1/2" so there is enough slop for it to vibrate against the steel crossmember and rattle constantly. to fix this I bought some 1/4" ID fuel line and slid it over the support rod and it then fit into the rubber mount and works fine. There are no longer any intermediate pipes to buy other than this one. so have to deal with it. ... show more

Seems decent for price... haven't installed yet but there is a fairly large hole in the weld. Luckily I have a welder and can fix it but most people wouldn't be able to... seems like a fairly big mistake to miss in quality control...
