This fit my 2001 Wrangler 4.0L perfectly. No troubles, quality part, and cheaper than a muffler shop. The caveat to this is that the muffler on the Jeep is relatively new, made of stainless, and I was careful when installing to not crush the TP to muffler clamp excessively. This made getting the old tail pipe off very easy. If you are dealing with the OEM muffler or one put on by a muffler shop, installation could be difficult just because getting the old TP off could be a bear. Fits perfectly for OEM 2000 Jeep TJ exhaust system. I needed to cut a bit to fit my new 25 inch glass pack muffler. Painted it red to match the muffler and added a resonator.

I'm honestly shocked at how well this fit. Went into both hangers perfectly, slid right into the Dynomax Super Turbo muffler I bought. One exhaust clamp and I was done. Sure- it's not stainless and it's not mandrel bent, but it's VERY reasonably priced and it's not like it's going on a hot rod. It'll last until I accidentally crush it or it rusts out. In the mean time this thing is tolerable to drive around again. This thing just had a turndown pipe coming off a crappy muffler when I got it. I got the super turbo because people say they are quiet. It helped a bit, but routing the exhaust the rest of the way to the back of the vehicle with this pipe made a HUGE difference. I'm shocked that something this cheap fit this well. ... show more
