This muffler was cheap. It had a nice painted black finish and a deep sound. When I installed it though it made the port for outgoing exhaust on the wrong side, not closest to the frame. But overall satisfied.

I puchased this muffler as I wanted the stock exhaust to be louder (95 Tahoe 5.7l). Seems to fit the bill. I have the stock tail pipe (2 3/4") on the output of the muffler and it sounds nice. The old muffler was comming apart and I figured why replace with stock, this put it loud enough to please me and quiet enough to please my wife. The muffler with a 1' section of 3" was pretty loud in the cab, that is why I kept the stock tailpipe..... ... show more

I recieved this pruduct very fast. In fact I warn other buyers to make sure you pay attention to the automatic vehicle match up that amazon.com offers. I didnt the first time and ordered the wrong muffler. The next day I tried to cancle the order and place the correct one but the item had been shipped. The right muffler came before the wrong one did and I ordered it a day later than the other one. Returning the wrong muffler was easy and at no cost to me. The Muffler sounds great on my 2009 Dodge Ram 1500 V8 4.7LT and Im getting better mpg's with it. ... show more
