Impossible to assemble. Someone drilled the screw holes with a blindfold. Would have been really really lovely if the assembly was possible. Willing to update review if replacement is sent :)

The media could not be loaded. Incredibly disappointed in this product and the customer service. Each chair received had holes that were misaligned and uneven legs. Upon unpacking one of the boxes, it was apparent that someone had already opened and returned this product. All hardware was torn open, the legs damaged, and the bottom of the chair was ripped. I attempted to contact the company regarding this issue and, while they promptly responded advising it had been escalated, the have not responded since (2 weeks ago). Now stuck with 4 horribly built chairs, 2 broken chairs and no resolution. ... show more
