Bought Used - Like New. Only had screws for one of the chairs. Called customer service but they insist I have to return both chairs in order to issue a replacement or refund. Given the large size of the items it is wildly inconvenient. Had to contact the manufacturer for the missing parts. Will avoid buying used whatever condition it claims to be in in the future as the quality inspection for used items seems to be lacking. ... show more

My husband and I went through a couple bar stools before finding these. Love them! I love the look, they match our kitchen very well, are comfortable, light (so I can throw them on the counter when cleaning the floor), and easy to wipe clean. They were also super easy to put together, 10 minutes each. They didn't take too long to put together / clear instructions. Easy to clean up daily messes with just a damp towel (&and we have a 4 yr old;) We love the brown color, rich tone! I think they’re a great cost as they’re great quality. Plus - Sturdy enough for my husband that’s 210lbs… most chairs seem weak and these don’t. We also had an issue with one of the seats as it was rubbed pretty bad during delivery; company was quick to respond and helped right away! ... show more

We got these chairs for the bar in our toy hauler and they are fantastic. I have some larger friends and all commented how comfortable they were and also how sturdy they felt. The material has held up well to all the use as they are the best spot in the "house" when we head out camping. We are actually going to replace the island stools in our house with the same. These tools are very easy to assemble, very sturdy, very comfortable to sit in. Unfortunately they are just too tall for our kitchen island. The 24 inch stool was too low, and these 30 inch stools are too high. Unfortunately they don’t make a 27 inch version of these stools, which would be perfect!
