They are exactly as pictured. I would say they are light, but I have dropped one and it didn’t dent so I say that’s a plus. So far cleaning has been easy, they wipe clean easy, and without the mat I haven’t had anything stick to it. Flatness of pan is good, I would say they all would work will with making a jelly roll cake because the sides to me are perfect for it. The racks that came with each size are thin but they do work. The mats are actually thicker than I thought they would be and also easy to clean and actually are also non stick. The mats do hold to the pan they don’t move around at all. For storage they do sit well into each other without the racks, even with the racks they do sit nice on top of each other. For the price they are good pans especially if you are looking for pans without a coating on them. I can’t say if they are really rust resistant because I have only had them a few weeks now. I have only hand washed them and I have let them sit in water for a bit , I haven’t seen rust yet. ... show more

I bought the round version of these bowls first, and I liked them so much that I came back and purchased the rectangular set as well. One of my favorite features is the silicone lid with the vent. When you press the lid down, the excess air escapes through the vent, and then you simply close it. It creates a nice, snug seal, and I really appreciate that thoughtful design. We try to avoid plastic food containers in our home as much as possible, so we primarily use glass, stainless steel, and porcelain. These bowls fit perfectly with that approach. The glass feels thick and high quality, the lids fit well, and they’re incredibly easy to clean. They don’t retain food odors or stains, which is something I always look for in glass storage containers. I actually prefer the rectangular shape over the round ones because they make much better use of refrigerator space and are easier to stack and organize. After using both sets, I can honestly say these have become some of my favorite food storage containers. They’re practical, well made, and exactly as advertised. For anyone looking for durable glass containers with well-designed lids, I would absolutely recommend these. They’re an easy five-star purchase for me. ... show more

These are lighter weight baking sheets, but hold up well to the heat with only slight warping with high temperature. I've used these in heavy rotation and there is no sign of rust and the racks are versatile. These are not non stick, but use them with the provided silicone sheet, and wash clean

Theses are very nice solid stainless steel pans and racks. The set comes with everything in all three sizes which is what caught my eye. I love they have perfectly sized silicone mats for each. They really are very nice, wash up well and store neatly. The reason I took off a star is simply due to the size. I guess I didn’t look closely enough at the dimensions but I really needed regular full size baking sheets. I’ll obviously hold on to these and will be able to use them but I’ll still need to find a couple full size pans to go along with these. All three sizes in this set will come in handy especially having a pan with a rack for many different things. The quality is definitely there. ... show more

buying the baking sheet, silicone mat and cooling rack as a set is a game change. Everything fits together beautifully and they store well. You will be surprised at how often you will use the smallest set too. You'll pull it out of the packaging and think it's too small but just wait--you WILL use it all the time. No matter how well i follow a recipe, i always have one or two cookies or rolls that won't fit on one sheet. Small pan to the rescue. Perfect size. Need to freeze something before use or need to rest your dough? Put it on the small pan and pop in the fridge/freezer. All of them have been in the oven at some point. I noticed they initially warped in the oven, but they are back to normal once cooled. They still store great, wash well and haven't tarnished or stained. ... show more

I’ve had these baking sheets for over a year and love them! They withstand me baking and cooking multiple times a week. No rusting, scratch resistant and they look brand new even a year later. I was a little worried about the silicone mats holing onto some cooking smells like garlic but they come out clean from the dishwasher and I can set cookies on them right after. Loved them so much I ordered another set of the larger sheets. Two sheets don’t fit in my oven side to side but I don’t care because these are resilient and toxin free baking sheets! They also do warp at higher temps but that’s to be expected I’m just happy they’re toxin free, and the warping never ruins my dishes. Hope to have these for life! ... show more
