So far so good! Great for tollhouse mini premade doe cookies! My cookies were PERFECTLY (and evenly) baked.. clean up was as breeze; as the cookies never touch the metal when used as directed with the mat. I must say that i wouldnt dare use the cookie sheet alone without the silicone though.. the stainless steel probably wouldnt be fun to clean stuck-on batter... and scouring would sure scratch the nicely polished metal. Also, everything cooled nice and quickly with use of the cooling rack.. I am a surprised how effective this set up really was.. honestly, i didn't expect such uniform functionality and aesthetically high quality material having gotten all 3 sizes at such a great price! Very easy to clean. the silicone matts are a game changer. various sizes for your needs. The don't warp after continued use (after several months and probably 50 heat cycles). The silicone sheets are great and easy to clean. The baking sheets feel sturdy but when I used them for the first time I was disappointed that they warped slightly while baking. They seem to retain its shape once cooled off however. Also I found it hard to clean anything sticky on the sheets.

These were small - large the best purchase. Easy clean up still shiny to this day and not a bunch of food stuck to them. The mats make for easier cooking of baked goods without all the waste of cooking sprays or papers. The racks can be used to cook on, or as a cooling rack when done.

I purchased the 9 piece stainless Bakeware Set as a surprise for my husband. He took over cooking duties in 2010, when I became bedridden. I, in my younger years was a trainer in 7 different positions, both front of the house and back of the house in a popular area restaurant. After I retired, I started baking cakes and making candy. I managed to amass over 500 Wilton collector cake pans & their regular cake pans and 2000 candy molds before I became ill. I realize, it’s TOO MUCH TMI! Sorry, I think you will understand.… So, when I saw these pans, I was elated for my husband! My husband has always refused to touch anything in my cake room. I knew that he would find these to be such a relief while cooking and cleaning them afterwards! After his first use, he informed me that he considered them his early Christmas gift! I had to laugh because I had already ordered him something else for Christmas & it arrives this Tuesday!
