These are kitchen chairs.... replacing old kitchen chairs. Love the mid century look. I assembled them all by myself. I am an able bodied VERY senior citizen woman. I could have used an extra pair of hands when matching up the bolt holes to each other but I managed just fine. Both were assembled in just over an hour total. They are as advertised & came in one day YAY! All the parts were included as was a small tool. The pleather upholstery is substantial. We entertain a neighbor from time to time that is very over weight she found them very comfortable and said they felt very stable. They certainly do that and more for us... also great back support. I found and ordered these same chairs on Macy's when they were having a sale for 50% off. When googling how to clean them, I saw they were on Amazon for about half of the Macy's sale price! I returned my boxes to Macys and ordered these from Amazon right away. Bonus was I could order a protection plan which Macy's did not offer. They were packaged nicely and were easy to put together. The color was also exactly as pictured. A warm brown and not too orangey, which I was worried about . I have had these chairs since January and I wish I would have gotten them sooner. With two children I was concerned about the wear and tear. We are cleaning them multiple times a day but they clean up so nicely and look just as good as the day we bought them They are also a lot more comfortable than I expected and every time we have someone come to visit, they comment on that and ask where we got them.
